First cycle of 200mg test cypionate per week for 10weeks (I know this is low dose, but want to keep it low for first cycle)... I've been doing plenty of research and I'm STILL confused about SERMS, AI's, HCG, etc.
I need a SIMPLE, cause and effect description of why I should do each, how long/how much of each, and what brands I should use. Also I was wondering if it would be smart to take Propecia during?
Pls help asap because I'm going to see my Dr tomorrow and need to know what I should have him prescribe me on top of the test. THANKS!

Ok so you are getting test from the doc?? well I dont think the doc will prescribe and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or hcg in this situation...probably not a pct either. Are you going on trt?

My levels were normal. In the 600's. But for the past 1-2 years I've been feeling EXTREMELY fatigue and also feel like my libido is up and down. We did bloodwork and everything looked normal but I brought up the idea of test to my Dr, and being the understanding Doc that he is, he said he would prescribe me 200mg of test per week as long as we monitored it.
I've posted on here before, but to be honest, I am now VERY CONFUSED. I'm only 22 so one of my worries is I'm too young, but I really am hoping that this would increase my energy. Also I wanted to put on some size since I'm only 5'7" 155...

Damn, 22 YO on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? If your total test came in at 600, it is hard to believe you were given testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I know doctors are supposed to test the symptoms and not the lab results, but still.

Also, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is much different than a cycle. On testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), you don't come off (as my doctor stated) since the intent is to get your body back to a "normal" range. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is supposed to treat a medical condition or deficiency.

The thought of many doctors is that getting off of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) will just allow the body to revert to the original situation.

It sounds as if you were looking for more of a cycle than testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) - which is fine. However, you are unlikely to get Clomid, Nolva, etc. from a doctor unless you developed gyno, etc.

I recently ran into this situation. Mid 30s, my total test was 500, my free test was definitely in the fourth quartile, but my doctor said not low enough to justify testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

Yes, I get very tired during the day and have lower sex drive.

Good luck
