Dull Heart pain and only 3 weeks in, any ideas?

Hey fellas, I just finished my third week of test e 500/mg per week and 40 mg dbol/day and I've had dull heart pain for the past 2 days.

Some background that might be relevant:
25 yrs old
9-10% bf
Been eating clean for about 3 years
I was told at a young age that I had a slight heart murmur that wouldn't cause me any problems (which it hasn't)

I was originally taking 12.5 mg of aromasin eod but took about 4 days off as I was seeing no sides (gyno, bloat, etc) but I'm beginning to think my estrogen must have skyrocketed. Now, of course I did my research on everything I could. One symptom I'm experiencing is the high blood pressure--I've always been within healthy ranges but I checked it yesterday at 139/87 which isn't terrible but definitely a dramatic increase for me. I also get really hot intermittently throughout the day, not a dizzy/nauseous hot flash type of deal so this might just be the test. And, on the other hand, my libido seems fine and I don't seem overly emotional.

I've noticed it gets worse when I sleep or lay down for long periods of time which makes me think I have some form of angina. The pain subsides throughout the day and luckily the pain does not get worse with exercise/lifting (which does confuse me).

I've taken 12.5 aromasin daily for the past 3 days in case it is estrogen (I'm hesitant to ramp it because I'm not experiencing any of the other sides of high estrogen).

Am I just being paranoid? Do I need to rush to get an EKG? I'm scheduling a blood test atm.

Edit: forgot to mention I'm taking HCG 500 mcg per week and 300mcg mod-grf/ghrp-2

Talk to your cardiologist about Atenonlol. 12.5mgs a day will almost eliminate all heart palpatations and lower blood pressure. They make 25mg tabs you can cut in half with a pill cutter and it's safe to take for rest of your life. Hope that helps. Heart palpatations are no fun at all. Usually ruins your whole day and brings on anxiety.

Not that actually work. CoQ10 has been known to help the heart but you'd have to take an insane amount for it to actually eliminate heart flutters. If your heart is skipping, fluttering, or you're even getting an extra beat the Atenolol will actually train your heart to beat smooth and normal again. If you have insurance go see a good cardiologist and ask about Atenolol and get an Ecocardiogram done. The Eco is pretty neat shit. You get to see all your valves from every possible angle and make sure they're all working properly and that no blood is flowing backwards. It's a great check for mytrovalve prolapse also. I feel strongly that an Eco is a must after using AAS. I don't have insurance so it cost me $1800

I'm seeing a cardiologist now. I get palpitations all the time. He has me set up for a halter monitor in two weeks and a stress test. I hate these damn things

I've done the halter monitor twice before. You gotta push the button evertime something abnormal happens. Both times everything came back normal which is why I demanded the Eco. I've had two Ecos done in last 5yrs and all Valves were working properly with no blood flowing backwards. But I still stay on the Atenolol because it helps keep everything so smooth and my blood pressure is unbelievably great. I think the halter is kind of a first step but for those with no insurance it's a waste of money and I'd recommend just doin the Eco. Even with insurance you might as well do the Eco because it shows waaaay more info that you'd wanna know for peace of mind

Do you guys tell them you're "on" when seeing the cardiologist? And if not, don't they normally check blood levels anyhow?

Also, it's not really fluttering. Just a dull pain/pressure feeling which gets pretty bad at night and gets better throughout the day.

I have also noticed that beer or any alcohol effects mine alot. Just 2 beers and my heart wants to flutter. So if you drink at all try leavin it alone for a solid 8 weeks and that should help a great deal. Also even more importantly stay away from energy drinks like red bull and such. Caffeine is way worse on my ticker than alcohol. Especially a product that has caffeine and taurine both. They are HORRIBLE just by themselves on the cardiovascular system but together are like a heart attack in a glass

That dull pain could be a sign of blood flowing backwards or a valve not working properly. Not sure. Somethin you'd have to ask cardiologist who would know alot more than I. And yes, be totally honest with products you are using. I told mine everything I've ever used which was helpful for me because he then checked in the Eco for any heart damage that AAS might have done. My regular doctor I don't discuss AAS with but cardiologist hell yes. It's your heart bro. Pretty serious piece. My cardiologist is pretty cool though. He's number one in Wisconsin and treated the great Walter Payton for heart damage that he had done with AAS. The topic came up between us when he asked me why I was using and I told him that I was currently in the NFL and these coaches want me at 215lbs runnin a 4.4 40yd dash and still able to bench 225 for 25 reps. The level of competition in the NFL is nuts. Sorry for gettin off topic just thought I'd share that story. Not alot of people know anything about me and I'm fairly new so there's a lil info on me.

No problem bro glad to help. If you ever have any heart questions feel free to send me a pm and I'll be glad to help if I can. I've went through some strange heart issues and have gotten them pretty dialed in now.

thanks bro.. thats what this place is all about... helping!!
just repped u for that

i was getting this dull heart pain/pressure feeling aswell during my first cycle at 500mg a week test e. but it didn't start til about 8-9 weeks into the 12 week cycle. i was a bit worried but i didn't want to see a doctor about it because the last doctor said he didn't want anything to do with me if i was taking roids and gave me a lecture lol. it completely disappeared when i came off though? and i've been off for about 3-4 months now, haven't had any problems. i just assumed it had something to do with the amount of size i was putting on in a small period of time? putting pressure on my bone structure of something. i'm now planning a test and deca cycle for my 2nd cycle.

how common is it to have heart damage from roids? i didn't think it was a huge issue :S otherwise i probably would have never tried it. is it something that only happens with many cycles?

That scares me dude. I hope you don't have any heart defects. Remember Zyzz? He had an undiagnosed heart defect and he overdid it with his roids and partying. Heart couldn't handle it and crapped out.

Be careful man.

I know that oral steroids are for more damaging to your organs than injectable. Then again, these are steroids we're taking, not like it's healthy to begin with.

I will always stick to injectables and never take orals.

Test Enanthate is all I'll ever need.

He also had an undiagnosed heart condition, did cocaine, did ecstasy, and went into a sauna while on Clen. Test/Tren were the least of his problems.
