Dumbells

im looking to purchase a few dumbells for home when im on my days off from gym. However on all the sites they seem really expensive, has any1 got any ideas of maybe a gym place to get them. I live in northern ireland, thanks

Get a set of adjustables onling. Theyll run like $400 but they go up to 90lbs and you can get addons up to 150. Its a great investment. I love them, it really is like having an entire dumbbell rack at your disposal.

Look on craigslist, sometimes you can find really good deals on them.

I have powerblocks, worth every penny. I have seen them on craigslist listed reasonably.
