early morning lifting

hi all, i have recently had to start training early in the morning before work (due to home comitments) are there any pitfalls or benefits from training early morning.
does it make a difference what time i train?

i've heard some people's test levels are at their highest in the morning. Personally I hate lifting in the morning because im just not a morning person. But if you have no choice, deal with it, benefits or not.

I doubt there are any pitfalls however.
