EAT or NOT before CARDIO..!

i was always thinkin about bulking and i never bothered doin cardio coz im a hard gainer, but now i wanna burn some fat , but im kinda confused here guys...!
should i do cardio on an empty stomach like most of ppl says
or should i eat protiens like egg whites b4 cardio for the first 3 weeks till ketosis occures ??
 
All you would do is burn the protein for energy. If you eat quality carbs through the day, especially towards night - and fibrous foods, then you will see improvements.

Sweet potato works awesome for me, even though the taste gets old, tough titties.
 
Do you follow your cardio with dextrose\protein mix?

this is always a hot debate..
if you can get to cardio in te AM then try to do it on an empty stomach..
if you can only do cardio in the afternoon do it after weight training when youll have already bruned of some cals and youll be tapping inot fat stores

I have done it both ways and both worked pretty much the same..at least for me
 
If I eat and run my ass off, I feel a pain in my upper abs. Not a hernia but it still hurts.

wouldnt that be the same as burning the protien?
i mean burning the carbs i ate at night...and i thought that its better to lower my carbs b4 bed and use protien/fat meals instead,, am i wrong?

Doing cardio with food in your stomach uses the energy from the food, in your case protein. If you are doing cardio at night I dont see how you would be on an empty stomach unless you weren't eating for many hours.

You can do protein/fat at night if you want, what I am saying is eat cleaner through the day. If you have sugar on your oatmeal for instance, keep it to the AM.
 
I feel sick in AM with empty stomach.
The best I have found is to take a serving of twinlab LPP hydrolyzed protein, which is basically alot of aminos. It is liquid and tastes like shiat, but the aminos will protect your muscles and I do not feel sick and I have some energy. Then post cardio if cutting just whey in water/if massing whey and dextrose in a 1:2 ratio.
Seems to work well for me.
