eating for mass

I'm having problems eating big meals, the problem is my stomach, i got bloating and gass. And it hurt like sharp knife sometimes, also during workouts. I really dont think Tums or Mylanta would work. Anyway i was going for 4,000 callories but now i am fucked i guess.
Really want to get big, and i know the only way geting big is eating , eating and eating more. Fucken pissed off preaty bad now. Any suggestions?

Hmm, if tums or mylanta don't work, it sounds like you might possibly have LOW stomach acid. When this happens, food doesn't digest well, which gives bloating, gas, discomfort, or even pain.

Give this a try and see what happens. Before a meal, start taking either some vinegar or lemon juice. You can start at about 1 tablespoon, but take it until your stomach feels warm. How much did you have to take? Then eat your meals that normally cause problems. Did it still cause problems?

Keep tums and mylanta on hand just in case.

If the vinegar or lemon juice help, then you probably have low stomach acid. Why is a tough question, because it could result from everything from emotional stress to nutritional deficiencies (like zinc). Let's find out what the problem is, first.

How many meals are you eating? Only 3 BIG meals? Split it up into 6 smaller sized meals......its alot easier. I eat 5000-6000 cals a day and 400g protein, in 6 meals and one protein shake. Give your body a couple of weeks to get used to it. Go up a few hundred cals a week until you get to the amount you want. BTW, what are your stats?

And listen to frosty.......he really knows his stuff......helped me out in quite a few situations.
 
Take a multivitamin and have a large breakfast first thing in the morning, this should stimulate your appetite for the day. When I am bulking I drink a lot of milk throughout the day, this helps put on mass.
 
well thanks guys , atleast there are some people who give a damn about you. Yea I guess i'll take it easy and take it slowly . Start with small meals then make my way up.
