Ephedra is illegal in canada but my friend told me about aplace where i could ask for it and they would get it from the back of the store. So i bought the stuff for 30 bucks. How effective is this stuff if i do alot of cadio i usually can do an hour and burn over a thousand calories.

I love Ephedra. I have had good results with it. However, I would not take it before doing an hour of cardio. If you are going to do cardio while takin ephedra, do it in the morning before you take it. Too bad they are making it illegal in the states. I need to stock up.

Definetely take it prior to cardio. You also need to keep your diet in check. You can do all the cardio and take all the ephedrine you want, but if you are not eating a proper diet you won't get any results.

I would not take it before cardio b/c of all the people who have died in football and wretling practice. It speeds your heart rate up and causes your body to over heat ultimately leading to heat stroke. I would take it before a lift, but not before 30 -45 min of cardio. I took it before practice once and thought my heart was going to explode. You can still benefit from it b/c it speeds up your metabolism thoughout the day.

I think you can definately take it before cardio, depending on your sensitivity to it, and how intense your cardio session will be.

Do you even prefer ephedra based products over T-Rex? I haven't tried this stuff, and everyone seems to really dig it.

I've not tried T-Rex myself. I've tried numerous other ephedra free products and I just don't get the kick that I do on the ephedra based products.

I found that I can get it just like mentioned a little family store has it behind the counter if asked
