sorry to hijack thread but i need a question asnwered.
i commited myself not too long ago to dump all my fast foods and eat healthy(and a lot) to bulk.
i decided in the mornings to eat An apple and 3 hard boiled eggs and a glass of milk.
Now, everywhere i read everyone says eat egg whites....i gota ask why?
is the yoke some nasty fat thats not good for you?? i personally just eat the whole hardboiled egg in 2 bites and i hate wasting food and throwing the middle away but like i said, why the middle so bad?
