Elbow stiffness

Last two arm days I've been feeling som stiffness in my elbow. Never had it before, not really painful just an odd sensation. Starts right after preacher curls and I really feel it during reverse curls too. Anyone else ever feel this?

It starts on the outside of the elbow and stiffens going toward my wrist. Ive just recently bumped up my weight and wondering if that's it. I'm struggling with the weight but doing it it with good form. Don't really want to drop back down.
 
Are you using the EZ bar on the preacher?If not try that,prolly just putting some added stress on the elbow joint try changing the grip,I wouldnt use the strait bar for heavy curls it puts to much stress on my wrist.
But if this continues I wouldnt continue the exercises that are causing this,your body is telling you something listen to it.
 
Yea I use the EZ bar when doing preachers. I guess it's probably the weight. Maybe I'll bounce back down and see if it goes away. I guess that will answer my question.

ago trying to go to heavy.
Lighten the load a little, should ease up.
Never sacrifice intensity.
