The changes in my body have been very positive. About 12lbs of fat loss, and around 10lbs of muscle gain. Many friends have commented to me how much more muscular I am. But the main thing they comment on is how my sense of confidence and zest for life has really returned to what it use to be. Not to mention how frickin horny I am, all the time. It can be a bit distracting, but I'm more than willing to put up with it because it's so much fracking fun!!! Hope this helps! Chip knows, he's been there, and he can help guide you back.
