Energy ???

I'm not really sure what forum to put this in but how does energy work, what causes you to feel like you want to move and do energetic activity ?

Does the body secrete something that makes you feel energetic.

There are drugs such as valium that help you relax are there any drugs that make you feel more energised...caffeine, ephedrine like these but without making you feel jittery or nervous ?

Take a 8 year old child for instance they run around until there legs fall off, look at an 18year old and humans start to slow down...what changes ?

if i remember correctly the body produces something called serotonin when you excercise which makes you feel happy. and this is also highly addictive and you want that next kick that only training can bring

Growth hormone! plain and simple.... children produce far more growth hormone than adults do. Thank got for HGH. That's where I notice the most, my energy is that of a 12 year old when taking growth.
