I have to agree with guy who first posted this thread. Despite all the stuff you hear about needing to run test. with dbol, in my experience dbol only cycles do work. (That is not to say that dbol/test is not a great combination - of course it is. But dbol on its own works great for many people who use it sensibly).
For a new or moderate user, who is prepared to train hard, but wants to get some good gains, 30 to 40mg per day over an 8 week cycle can produce great results. After that, you can train naturally for a month, and hold most of your gains, and then start a new cycle for further gains.
Although no-one knows for sure what Arnold took, the word is that the guys of that area pretty much all were doing dbol only cycles (although the doses I have heard about were more in the 75-100mg per day range, which I consider to be too high). Dbol came in 25 mg tablets in those days.
