I've been silently wondering if anyone did this. How did you learn to do it? Any training or on your own? I was in the Marines and I know they teach 18 year old navy docs how to do it under stress so it can't be that tough in a quiet clean room. Taking time to go donate I don't have plus doing it after I have trained and closer to bed time would be nice. i get blood work done before during and after my rbc is at the top of normal range and hematocrit is barely over the high mark.
