been training for 25 years, and my memory must be shot. what the fck is the bar called that you can do pull downs or rows with that has the metal circles around your grips? bar is about two feet wide, neutral grip.
I can't remember for the life of me and yes I searched the net already...lol. thanks

i no what ur talking about , u use it on the lat pulldown for example or seated row ?

thanks animal, that is pretty much it but the ones that have been around for awhile are just straight with those same grips though. they added the little downward curve towards the end. maybe that is also the name of the old style....thanks.

matter of fact I believe it is actually called a D-grip bar, after a hell of a lot of searching. makes sense looking at the shape around the grips I guess
