im trying to get more in shape as im a little on the chubby side now however i can only ge my hands on such things like test deca and eq, will either of these three things help in either a cutting cycle of at least fat loss muscle replacemnt... my goal is not to get bigger in mass but to just maintain but have a lean looking body as opose to chub.. any advise would help thanks.. by the way if you couldnt tel im a rookie!
