Estradiol tanked...

I was taking .25 Adex EOD for about 1.5 weeks and then had bloodwork.

Estradiol went from 69 to 6. Yikes. I was def tired and achy the past several days.

My question is, how long does it take for Estradiol to recover? I want to keep it around 25.

Four days ago was my last .25mg. I started today with .125mg and will go with EOD.

Any thoughts on if it take a while to build back up and I should hold off on the Adex?

i had the same issue and went 4 days and I was bouning back already. i would either go with e3d at the current dose or knock it in half like you say eod, and if still to much maybe e3d, but that point maybe you dont even need it.

How much test are u running ?

Running a bit of a strange protocol.

200mg Test C EOW
60mg test cream days 10-14
Repeat...

Would love to switch to weekly shots but the doc just isn't there yet....
