Eating is a real issue because i am so busy, and with my job i use to travel a lot so i got use to not being able to eat on a consistant basis. Now that i dont travel anymore i'm working on the diet.
I'm not "new" to the scene just been out of it for like 2 years. and I dont quite remember how i was eating when i use to lift, hense the questions.
Personally i dont think i'm overlifting. This workout suites my body very well, or did back 2 years ago. I do think that doing cardio after the workout and not every day will help a lot as far as energy. And the fact that my diet is getting better.
