Hey guys, if anyone can get me quality helpful advice I would greatly appreciate so I can become a successful user like many of you on here.

My Stats- Im 6'1 265lbs 20-25%bf.
Current Cycle: 75mgs oral dbol (ED) 80mcgs clen (2weeks on 2 off) 4mgs of letro.

I know this is a terrible cycle after researching my buddy told me to try this and fucked me over. Killed my libido but Ive gained good strength off of it and gained 11lbs. Have clomid for PCT.

I have taken Winstrol (winny) alone 4yrs ago.
sust 250 jabs 3yrs ago
dbol and var oral 2yrs ago

This time around I'm trying to do things the right way and am looking for some help.

Im going to do the 3J diet to get rid of some body fat hopefully get down to under 18%. im naturally big so i dont want to be too thin.

My question is- Can I take a test only cycle even though I have taken AAS before. I was interested in taking test PROP at 600-800mg a week EOD for 16 weeks then kicking clomid in for 4weeks PCT. I will have letro on hand for sides but that kills my sex drive.

Will that much test Prop kill my sex drive or boost it?

also thinking of taking Var oral 50mgs everyday weeks 8-14.

Any thought on this Idea? or any changes a Advanced User would make? I would really appreciate any feedback, Thanks guys.

OK I`m happy you know your current "cycle" is fuck up. Ok here is my advice bro.
test E or C for 12 weeks 500 or 600mgs a week. 800mgs is kind of high IMO at this time for you and you will growth with 500 or 600 regarles of what ever said that is a ton more test than a male natty produce, prop is too much pining IMO for a non experience AAS user. var weeks 8-12 if you gona do it. Letro on hand is fine, My suggestion is to get aromasin or arimidex to run with your cycle. Let me explain it to you what I do, for a prevent measure you can take one of those 2, if signs of gyno will come even with one of this AI`s jump on letro. Letro is strong so it will be ideal for this purpose.
PCT should look like this:
clomid 50/50/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20
HCG if you want to is not a most and you still recover for this kind of cycle wit out it but if you can get it go like this:
HCG 2 weeks after last pin of test 500ius ed than start SERM treatment (PCT)

your cycle would look like this:
weeks 1-12 500mgs test a week split on 2 shots of 250mgs Monday and thursday
weeks 8-12 var 50mgs ed
AI (adex).5mgs eod or if need it you need to figure it out this, we all not react the same to test.
PCT
clomid 50/50/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20

Diet will be no issues with 3js taking care of that so I had no further advice on this.

Get everything you need before start your cycle. Hope this help you out.

3j will take care of you.

I don't think you need 800mg test....and I would swap the letro with adex. You don't want to completely squash estrogen. That's why your libido takes a hit. You need SOME estro.

The above recommendation looks great.

Now im taking 4mgs letro ED right now and its completely shutting down my sex drive, now I know the test will boost this, but once im on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and if I need Letro wont that kill my sex drive again? and how much Letro would I take with adex? NONONO ok let me simplify this for you. Adex is not going with letro, no letro with the cycle. Letro only if even with Adex you get signs of gyno then drop the Adex at this point and hop on letro. The test will boost you sex drive like never you ever had before ( if gear is good) with the cycle you can take the Adex .5mg EOD some ppl wait till seing some bloat or puffy on niples to start Aromatase inhibitor (AI), I run it to prevent that starting at my 2 week till the end. For letro dosing I copy and paste this for you

Dosing
A standard preventive dosage of .25mg ED or .5mg EOD is considered effective at preventing estrogenic sides. Doses as high as 2.5mg are utilized by users attempting to reduce gyno lumps. letrozole has a half life of 4 days and requires 60 days of continuous use to stabilize blood levels. As a result letrozole can take a long time to clear the system.


Right now your dosing wayyy high on letro bro drop that shit, letro can shut your estro bad and you need estro anyway. If you had any other question just post it or PM me. We are here to help each other out bro, ok

if you already have letro there is no need to buy a different Aromatase inhibitor (AI) such as adex or aroma. Just dose the letro properly at .25mg ED

Also if you're going to run HCG to help with recovery you're better off running throughout the cycle and ending it 1 week before you start SERM treatment, dosing it between 250iu 2x/week (low end) and 200iu EOD (high end).

Fair enough. There is more than 1 way to do everything. an interesting article I have read on HCG you can find by google searching "HCG Unraveled" but I don't even think OP is even using HCG so now its a moot point.

As fair as letro being the strongest, yes when you compare the same mg dose of the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) thats why you simply take a smaller dose of letro compared to other AIs to get the desired effects.

All AIs can cause low estro sides (achy joints, low libido, etc) if dosed too high. lots of people use letro on cycle with no problems. Personally I use aromasin because it's a suicide Aromatase inhibitor (AI) so there is no rebound and is less harsh on lipids and such. But still if he has letro he is fine IMHO just dose low and adjust from there.

I can tell you with 100% certainty you do not want anything to do with letro. I took it for a month and have been off for a month and have the limpest noodle in the country. Me and my fiance are on the rocks because of it. When my estro took a hit, initially i was so depressed I had seriously dangerous thoughts of hurting myself. With that said. Is there ANYONE who can offer advice to me to get back to normal? I know it has to be the letro and im going to get bloodwork done tomorrow and check my estro especially.

I know it is not my test because my test was 1386 on a max range of 1200 about a week ago.
