Beast in training
Starting maybe a month and a half ago I've been getting a sharp extremely painful pain in my bicep. The pain is coming from the exact spot circled in the picture. Heres the thing. I worked out thursday and wont workout again until Sunday. Sundays workout will probably go fine, maybe even tuesdays.. Im talking heavy fucking weight and no problems. Wed/thursday I KNOW its going to be KILLING me! When it DOES hurt I cant fucking stand it, it hurts so fucking much I just want to drug the fuck out of myself and go to sleep. This being said anyone know whats up?

Theres no bone to be broken there,
If I tore it it would hurt constantly, I shouldnt be able to get halfway throughout the week successful workouts.

im stumpt but have no insurance and dont wanna cough up the doe to go to the dr for him to NOT know what the fuck it is and just prescribe me pills.

Nice guns #1, just rest the biceps for 2 weeks drink some anti inflammatory if it persist then your going to have to cough it and see a doctor im just saying,

could be pulled in that area.. rest bi's for two weeks and take some anti inflamatories like Pinga said and see what happens.. i pulled a muscle in my inner rib cage a little while ago.. didn't even know i had muscle there, but had to rest for 4 weeks.. it sucked, but it healed..

Probably some form of tendonitis.

I got achilles tendonitis during a training period where we were carrying ruck sacks on our backs that weighed 90lbs minimum.

So the deal was that my ankle wouldn't hurt when we were actually marching, it wouldn't hurt when we stopped. It always seemed to hurt when we had an "Off" day where we weren't doing anything. One of the medic's told me that the reason it wouldn't hurt when we were marching is because I wasn't focused on it.

I don't know, I'm just a dumb soldier :D. But he gave me a whole bag of naproxen for it.

Try R.I.C.E

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevate

You guys think I can just not do bis and do everything else? Im sure you can see why I dont want to skip a full two weeks workout being on cycle.

im guessing its a severe case of syphilis or maybe its tendonitis.

ok i think its tendonitis but the syphilis sounded cooler lol.

You get a lot of direct bicep stimulation through back training, so as long as you can still do that, you'll probably be ok.:biggthumpk
