Extremely High Progesterone and Estradiol

Just got my lab results back. I'm 20 years old.

Estradiol: 300.94 pmol/l (70-150)
Progesterone: 6.20 nmol/L (0-3.0)
Cortisol: 0.98 umol/l (0.15 - 0.70)

TOTAL testosterone: 11.32 nmol/l (7.0 - 28)
(unfortunately Free test wasn't available)

Been reading an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should be used to get estrogen down and hopefully my test back up.

Any ideas?

Yes that is the idea, but I would be more concerned about an underlying issue causing the excessive Aroma. Did you do a steroid cycle?

I rarely see numbers like that from someone who hasn't taken anything, or at least a PH.

Never took anything in my life. I was 330lbs at 6'7, now 230 lbs. Maybe its because due to a period of prolonged dieting? I got tested because I couldn't lose anymore weight and I didn't feel too good. Im around 20% bodyfat now. Been training for 16 months now

Does anyone know why my estradiol and progrestrone are so high???? I developed severe gyno in my early teens and needed surgery to remove it.

You should go see an endocrinologist and get your labs addressed. Those numbers don't look good and your total T is on the low side.
