I'm no body builder :) I'm a complete noob trying to get in good shape! My weekly exercise regime is:

-6 (sometimes up to 10) x 1.5 hour muay thai training sessions (cadio, pads, bag, weights, skipping, etc)
-3 (sometimes up to 6) x 5k jog
-lots of walking
-Diet I eat lots of fish, prawns, rice, vegetables (thai diet, currently living in thailand)
-Estimated BF 20-25%

I was previously a big fat man weighing 118kg at 177cm high, I now weigh 84.5kg and would like to get down to 73kg but I have now stopped losing weight completely and still have a fair way to go (still plenty of fat around trunk) I'm considering taking some sups such as

-500mg Dexaprine,
-1000mg green tea,
-10mg anavar daily

Diet wise switching to Pro MR and protein shakes for breakfast / lunch and eating a low/no carb dinner.

I am also interested in some kind of test boost (tribulun, zma?), but for personal reasons I simply cant use needles! Are any of those available in stores worth their while?

Do you think this will be a good start?

Thanks in advance for any advice, much appreciated!

Ignore the second question ... done a little research and now know a little about ECA, slightly curious what the aspirine does, but ill find out with more reading im sure!

Skip the aspirin. The effects of the aspirin in non-obese individuals has never been studied at non-harmful doses. 20E/200C is plenty.

Drumlib's FAQ is also quite comprehensive.

Personally, I highly recommend EC. It's a great way to increase CNS output while dieting. Of course, I wouldn't take it for longer than you are cutting (no more than 16 weeks, which is a decently long cut.) Stacking it with 2-3g of l-Tyrosine is also good, as l-T has been shown to increase adrenaline and noradrenaline output (it is, after all, what dopamine, noradrenaline, and adrenaline are all made from!)

You'll probably see some people recommend yohimbine (or oxyelite pro, which contains it.) I'm currently using yohimbine for the last four weeks or so of my cut. Its biochemical pathway through which it works really does target "stubborn" areas more so than ephedrine does, even though the acute effects are basically the same (increased CNS output, decreased appetite, etc.) I highly recommend some of Lyle McDonald's book for some good info about alpha/beta receptors and their various agonistic/antagonistic supplements. I don't suggest using yohimbine until you really start leaning out (12% or so.) Unless of course Ephedrine is illegal in your country, then it may be your best bet ;)

Note that low carb diets can also have an antagonistic effect on alpha receptors (just like yohimbine.) I haven't read much into it, but that would be ideal as far as targeting both alpha and beta receptors.

Stick with 20E/200C no more than three times a day for (I'm suggesting, anyway) no more than 16 weeks. After that, take a month or two off. This "cycling" is not necessary from an effectiveness standpoint, but more from a health one. You can get ephedrine in various forms, including in over-the-counter medicines such as Bronkaid or Primetene. The guaifenesin is not considered harmful.

Skip the green tea unless you're Asian or Indian. There are newer studies out that suggest ECGC is basically ineffective in races other than those.

I don't know about the steroids. Most guys on here recommend against juicing up when on a cut unless you're pretty experienced and know how you handle everything. Fat loss is trivial, but nonetheless painful :) Remember, that massive calorie deficit you're in is what takes the fat off, not the supplements. All of that exercise is so you lose more fat instead of muscle. You shouldn't, starting out, consider daily activity when calculating your metabolism. Cut back the training if you have to - you're probably not going to be gaining much mass anyway :) Go into maintenance mode, and get the cut over without overtraining.

Good luck.

Yu can run var alone but defntly running test wil get yu real big but at your bf% I'd avoid using test now as yu will be more prone to the sides...eventhough People say var doesn't need a pct I'd still do clomid @ 50mg ed for 2-3 weeks

is this the real fatman scoop--DJ, hype man, hip-hop promoter?

i have to disagree with the bros info that has been posted--
I guess im more old school vs. traditional--
i highly suggest u strip the fat off before using any AAS that includes var or test or anything else..

the first thing you need to do when composing a diet-- is calc ur macro levels--
3j has a sticky--free advice, read it several times...let everything make sense--
in order to lose weight u need to be at a deficit, not too big or ull starve and eventually be stagnant (assuming this is what happened currently, why ur at a standstill)

start with 3-500 lower cals from maint, and if ur food supply is limited fit in things that fit to hit those macro numbers--

im not gonna further splane bus if u read the sticky itll make sense...
cross out var-
keep green tea--&
ECA will work wonders--along with that cardio and in check diet.

IMO your best bet is probably to hit a decent diet to get to 12% or so. That shouldn't take you more than 8-12 weeks depending on numerous factors.

Fat loss is really 70% diet, 20% exercise, and 10% supplementation.
