glute was my favorite until I tried calf. easy as shit. only thing was the test made me sore as hell for a few days, even with diluting it down with oil. IGF is no problem.

On cycle, I defintely like shooting myself in the glutes with 23 guage 1.5". Off cycle; however, I'd prefer to use a 12 guage under the chin.
