Feel bad for the kid at the gym

Oh man... I went REALLY hard on my legs today.

Warmed up with 3 sets of leg extensions;

Then moved to 3 sets of squats;

Then 2 sets of leg presses (Each set consisted of 30 reps 10 each at different toe angles);

Then Back to squats.

On that 2nd go at squats I felt it coming... Bubbling in the stomach, heart burn and then :Puke: All over myself. But did I stop my set. OF COURSE NOT!!!!!!!

Needless to say, the rest of the workout was a bit rough. But not as rough as that poor kid that had to clean my puke up... I tried to clean it a bit but didn't want to cool down. LMFAO!!!!!!!

Oh fuck I hate legs...

Hey told the kid. "You want to work where the big boys train you might see some asshole Puke..... Today, Im that fucking asshole....."

Well in all seriousness. This was a good thing. Kid that was training with me is always saying that he eats enough when I know he doesn't. So, when my 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg, and a cup and a half of oatmeal were on my shirt, shoes, mat, etc. I said, "Bro, look at that. That's how much you should be eating for breakfast if you want to put on size. Now get that kid over here to clean that shit up. so you can do your squats."

So, it was educational for the kid I worked out with.....

thats why you wait to digest first b4 squats and deads...i always take at least hour after eating b4 hitting gym and like 2 hours b4 hitting heavy squats/deads

I would personally clean it up myself...but thats because I find it lessons ones integrity to place burdens on others...

Good story though.

Guys, I hope you realize the part about making the kid at the gym clean it up was for humor purposes. LOL. At the gym I go to if you make the mess you clean it up....

That doesn't sound that hard to me............my leg days are much harder and I've never barfed doing them.

I work up to 565 lbs raw for 3 to close out my sets.And these reps are legit powerlifter squats not the knee killing narrow stance 6" high squats I see BB do.

I did a 32 rep set of squats with 335 on the bar about 2 months ago and could barely walk for about 5 days......stairs and getting in my wifes low to the ground car was hell.

Shit was hard on my 39 year old ass. Lol. But seriously, this was just switiching over to a completley different style of training for me which completely pumps me up and burns me out quickly. only about 20-30 second rest between sets. So, with the squats on that particular day it was:

3 sets of leg extensions (20 each) at 150 pounds for warm up again 20-30 seconds rest in between;
1 minute rest
3 sets of 15 squats (ass to the ground) with 360 on the bar (with 30 seconds between each), etc.

It was very intense as I have never worked out this way. Started working out with a retired IFBB pro and this was his style and I figured I would give it a shot. Definitley not able to lift the weight I once was able to, BUT, I have never before walked out the gym feeling as pumped as I do after each body part. The results have been amazing.

Heavy D, pretty impressive stats. How long have you been powerlifting? A power lifter I am not. I was a 37 year old slob at 6 foot 270 pounds of pure lard (30+% bf). Got myself down to 190 through Diet and a P90X style circuit training. Only been a few months since have actually started eating right and training properly and have gotten myself up to about 225lbs and bf at about 13% now. So, pretty pleased with results so far...
