Oh man... I went REALLY hard on my legs today.
Warmed up with 3 sets of leg extensions;
Then moved to 3 sets of squats;
Then 2 sets of leg presses (Each set consisted of 30 reps 10 each at different toe angles);
Then Back to squats.
On that 2nd go at squats I felt it coming... Bubbling in the stomach, heart burn and then
All over myself. But did I stop my set. OF COURSE NOT!!!!!!!
Needless to say, the rest of the workout was a bit rough. But not as rough as that poor kid that had to clean my puke up... I tried to clean it a bit but didn't want to cool down. LMFAO!!!!!!!
