Hi guys!

35 year old female, 5'4", currently approx 169#s. On day 3 of 25mgs of S4 2xper day. I train 4-5 days a week. Big 3 plus more targeted accessory work and Olympic work when I can get it in. I work a desk job that sometimes takes up 14 hours a day. I have been lifting for about 6 years.

I'm looking to get stronger and gain some more muscle but am hoping to whittle some extra fat away this month. Sarmsearch is sponsoring my efforts with a great product, and I'm really looking forward to the next month!

im an idiot who wasn't properly beaten by my father for acting a fool. due to this, i lack the proper manners and respect that i need to be showing to my peers...

i apologize.. i plan on knocking on my fathers door and instructing him on how he should have disciplined me so that he can put a foot up my ass for making comments like the one i made today about a certain female members glutes..

Not sure what I missed, but I'm glad to see how it's been dealt with. We're all here with the same goals - a better us. Some people are just too immature to understand that.

worinima posted up a disrespectful comment about a female member's anatomy. 3J came in rectified & regulated it like a boss.
 
I am happy to have more insight from women. That way I can pass that information onto my wife. While men and women are much alike (due to both being humans), we are also quite different.

exactly... this information is USEFUL!!! most people dont know much about female anabolic use.. we want this info on our board

Nutrition:
I'm basically following the usual IIFYM type stuff, it works well for me. I'm eating just slightly above "maintenance" in hopes I can add a bit more solid mass.
I'm at about 200c/155p day and let the fat fall where it may. I eat a pretty "bro" diet due to some allergies but ... basically try to hit 2,000-2,200cals a day. (cuts usually have me at about 1,500-1,600cals). My biggest goal is to get some strength back after I let an injury sideline me so I think I'll be ok in this range.

I benched yesterday flat 5 x3
Incline 2 x10
bi curls
press downs
pec fly
push ups

Short day at the gym, and I will miss today :( I'll try to get back in to squat tomorrow! So far I'm feeling great. Plenty of energy, no sides as of yet!
 
Given that you're trying to add mass on this cycle, I feel like your current macros will not suffice. Your stats and goals call for higher protein and carbs
 
Totally following you girl! S4 will definitely give you the strength you're looking for. One of the many reasons it's my favorite. Keep it up!
 
3J... The reason I have kept it so low is I am forced to be sedentary most of the day... I'm not super tight with food... If I'm hungry- I eat. You think another 500 cals or so would be a good bump up?
 
So!

Managed to get in and CRUSH it today.

Front squats, hang power cleans, leg press, front carry lunges, weighted step ups.

Feeling like I have more ability to move weight already. Is that possible? I ended up doing more weight than anticipated because I felt like I had way more in me once I got moving.
