Female S4 log, 35 years old (Sponsored by SarmsSearch.com)

Good to know your experiences!
It's not terribly bothersome (the light adjustment), As long as I am in familiar surroundings lol
I just wanted to keep the updates going in case someone who's not too familiar stumbles onto this!
Yes, still at 25 two times a day. I'm gonna stick it out for the remainder~

I've been enjoying this log too. Great to see the women's perspective on s4. Lol @ the vision sides. I had to find some wrap-around sunglasses to wear outside. I made sure they were on before walking outside, and didn't take them off until being inside for a couple minutes.

This has been very useful for me as well as I've been considering getting my girlfriend on an s4-gw cycle. It's good to see how well it's tolerated in women.

ok, sorry for the hiatus.. First let me update the weekends measurements:
Right arm flexed 13" (down a 1/4" since week one) Relaxed 12 1/4 (Up 1/4" since week one)
Left are flexed 13" " Relaxed 12 1/4 "

Ribs 31 same as week one

Waist most Narrow part 29 1/2 (same as week one)
Over navel 33 Down 1" since week one
2" below navel 33 1/2 Down 1.5" since week one

Hips 35 1/2 Down 1 1/2 inches since week now

Calf Both 14 1/4 up a quarter inch since week one

Now down to 161 lbs, down 8 lbs since week one.

I think many week two measurements were reflecting the extra carb intake, and monthly water retention as many numbers were up.

I tried for a 3 rep max DL, hit 335 for a sweet and easy PR . I could have grinded it out a bit heavier, but my gym sucks, and frowns upon such things.

Numbers keep edging up, I feel great, recovery has been good. Overall, very happy with how the weights are moving in just 3 weeks time!

Lol, saw this and thought of you.

Alright faithful log followers! 4 weeks are up!

Waist measurements went down another 1/r over navel, and another . 5" 2 inches below navel (2" down since start)... All other measurements have remained the same.

Lost 9lbs (though that wasn't my goal). Deadlift up a solid 20#, bench up 8#... Def feel stronger overall. Since stopping the s4, two days ago, vision sides are virtually gone.

I think that the results are awesome! Especially since work was an issue these last 4 weeks and keeping at a good training /eating schedule was difficult to say the least!

Thanks, SarmsSearch!

Thank you for your time and the review! Impressive strength gains! Especially considering the weight loss!

Thanks!

I will stick around, for sure... I'm about to end my busy season, so I may hit an osta cycle, and log it!

Thanks for the log. Getting a woman's perspective is always great so that we know what to expect if we convince our wives / girlfriends to try this stuff out. I really appreciate it. Logs tell us what happens in real life instead of what theoretically should happen. :)

This is awesome! Sounds like another successful s4 run to me. Good luck to you, you've also been added to my mental list of potential loggers in the future. :-) don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions, whether it's about sarms, 'more intense' shops, or working out. Always like helping fellow females!
