Thanks noway, I will take your advice bro, much appreciated, drop the cals, up the tren to 100mg ed and see where that leads me in the next 3 weeks
My current diet looks like this
Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal, 8 eggwhite, 1 scoop iso protein, 1 tsp natty pb
Meal 2
6oz chicken breats, 90g uncooked brown rice ( 1 cup), 1 tsp pb
Meal 3 ( pre workout)
Same as meal 1
Meal 4
150g lean ground beef 85g uncooked pasta ( 1 cup)
Meal 5
6oz steak, 12oz sweet potato
Meal 6
1 cup oatmeal, 8 eggwhites, 1 scoop iso protein, 1 tsp pb ( before bed)
I am using aml as well I dont have night sweets, insomnia, my strength is alright notthe best, thouht it would be better running 150mg eod of tren, rsn there npp with high test and strength was way better
Got the cals/macros handy on this meal plan? Working on my diet and trying to slap a few together... my diet is weaksauce.
