Thanks noway, I will take your advice bro, much appreciated, drop the cals, up the tren to 100mg ed and see where that leads me in the next 3 weeks

My current diet looks like this

Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal, 8 eggwhite, 1 scoop iso protein, 1 tsp natty pb

Meal 2
6oz chicken breats, 90g uncooked brown rice ( 1 cup), 1 tsp pb

Meal 3 ( pre workout)
Same as meal 1

Meal 4
150g lean ground beef 85g uncooked pasta ( 1 cup)

Meal 5

6oz steak, 12oz sweet potato

Meal 6

1 cup oatmeal, 8 eggwhites, 1 scoop iso protein, 1 tsp pb ( before bed)

I am using aml as well I dont have night sweets, insomnia, my strength is alright notthe best, thouht it would be better running 150mg eod of tren, rsn there npp with high test and strength was way better

Got the cals/macros handy on this meal plan? Working on my diet and trying to slap a few together... my diet is weaksauce.
 
granted you might need more than 150 eod lol

for the most part i agree with everything gram of tren says. this guy knows his stuff

the highest ive ever ran tran was 150mg eod this past summer. that puts it at about 525/week and i looked very good. starting in march i plan to do 100mg ED and hope i get even better results.
 
His word on macros are about as legitimate as his word for squats. Would you trust them if he told you? C'mon man. :cum:

that's where genetic response comes in - some people need more, some less

if most you've run tren is 150mg eod then you can go very far in BBing if you desire

i have no desire to get on a stage. im a picky eater and wont eat a lot of the foods needed to get super lean, and im also not into the politics of it all. im content with being fairly lean all year round and eating whatever i want.

anyway genetic response might play a role but you put a decent dose of tren into anyones body and they are gonna get results. show me someone who pins 500mg/week of tren and gets no results(provided they are eating food and training regularly) and ill give up bodybuilding forever lol. tren is a miracle drug plain and simple
 
and i also question his form. i have told him in the past to drop the weight and focus on good form and quality reps but after seeing that squat video i really question it. if his diet is what he says it is, and his dosages are what he says they are, then the part that is off is his training.

Bro that video was from last year, it wss stupid, I have switched my routine, followed suit of what u said, when u are pullig 25's for curls I think I lightened up the weight, my bench I am repping 10-12, 225, deads 315 to 405 for 10 reps,bb shoulder press 225 for reps, u tell me if what I am doing wrong, my diet is sub par, my strength is shit even if I tried to lift heavy now, so plesse tell me then, omly one way to find out, switch labs or bloods, to much hype regarding aml I believe, only time will tell I will keep my diet, training the same and switch labs and see
 
can you get some more videos of you training this week and post them so i can see? dont worry about guys on here calling you a pussy for the weight you are using, and dont specifically do good form on the videos in order to prove a point. take videos of your actual working sets THE WAY YOU'VE BEEN DOING THEM and let me see the videos. if you do that we can offer better advice about your form.

also post up an entire outline of what exercises/sets/and rep range you do for each specific body part so we can evaluate that also. it'll take you a bit of time to get that typed up and get the videos but at least you'll get solid training advice then.

dont be so quick to call the gear bunk. let's make sure your training is solid. only you know what you eat so if you're being honest about your diet then we know that is in check. and the last piece of the puzzle will be the gear you're using.
 
At times I train with a canadian bb, so my training has come along way, there has gotta be loke he asked what lab I was using as well and also said to switch, somethig is up, no night sweats, no insomnia, strength is shit, u tell me
 
Id actually like to see it myself. Repping 225 on bb shoulder press? Cmon man. That has to be fucking elbow extensions. I legit touch and go 315 bench press and I cant rep 225 bb shoulder press When I start my shit next week im going to be recording videos.

I started out at 198 aftet my cut, I am sitting at 212, so something is up

what do you mean by this statement? 14lbs means your gear is bunk? some of you guys are delusional about weight gain. "i only put on 10lbs this cycle so my gear must be underdosed". my weight hasnt fluctuated much in the last year or so but my entire physique has changed. weight isnt a measure of progress. if you put on 5-10lbs of MUSCLE year that is great progress. anyone who tells you different doesnt know any better. these guys putting on 25lbs each cycle are just blowing up their bodyfat with little muscle gain.

i dont get night sweats, i can fall asleep at anytime, strength goes up a little but not like guys on here talk about....when im on tren and mine is good. i also dont experience many tren side effects but that isnt an indication of bunk gear bro

Don't know the particular dosages used but both Austinite and 2Rude4u ran tren and experienced only negative side effects. Absolutely no positive response to tren and I'm almost positive they ran at least 350-400mg/wk or more. Granted most will respond to it but not everybody. I do however agree it's a miracle drug for most people.
 
Even with diet and trainig being sub par u should still be growing, I hit every muscle group once a week, sometimes 2, 6 days a week in the gym, take a day off when I feel like it
Mon- chest, incline bb, flat bench, db flies, pec deck, incline fly's
Back- hammer strength pull down, bb rows, deads, wide grip rows machine rows
Legs, leg curls, ham curls, squats, leg press, chalf raises (acl has slight tear)
Shoulders- bb shoulder press, machine press, db side raises, db rear delts, db front raises, machine side raises
Arms- tri dips, tri rope pushdowns, close bench press, db skull crushers, biceps- 21's, incline db curls, one arm preacher curls, machine curls
