Figure competitor first cycle of Var; looking 4 insight

Hey all!

I am currently in a cutting cycle the next 19 weeks for my 2nd figure contest. Have done tons of research & contemplating & decided to give Anavar (var) a try. This will be my first cycle; planning to begin w/2.5mg & continue bumping up until hopefully I can handle 10mg/day....

just looking to hear what Anavar (var) has done for some other ladies on here; specifically if anyone else has ever used Anavar (var) in a cutting cycle????

My diet & cardio are dialed in 100% (I have a coach) so I am hoping Anavar (var) will indeed help me retain/add some muscle mass, in turn helping me to further lean out.

I also am currently around 25%bf so I am wondering too, if anyone has an opinion on whether I should wait to cycle until my bf is lower first? I have enough Anavar (var) for two 6 week cycles for sure..

I have perused much of this site for any posts relating to my questions but no such luck, so if anyone w/experience can help a girl decide, I MUCH appreciate it!!
 
25 % BF with diet and cardio + a coach = ironic but to answer ur question I think you should wait

Welcome :)

I also think u should bring your BF lower before considering Anavar (var) .. I think cycling should be considered when u have done the vast part naturally and then need an extra edge.. Do you normally keep yourself at this BF range offseason ?
With a good cardio/training routine, your diet dialed in & a coach you shouldn't have a problem bringing your bf lower.

miss elle, when i started Anavar (var) i had 27% bf. i started off with the intention of doing a 6 week cycle but ended up taking it to 12 weeks. the result was massive.

i too had my diet and exercise routine spot on. if you really do have your diet and exercise routine 100% spot on like you say, the results will be astounding. even if you only decide to do the 6 week course. i graduated up to 20mg per day within the first week, as this was the advice that i was given. i took it twice a day as it has a short life of around 8 hours. also best for toxicity. so i started off with 2 x 2.5mg per day, then went up to 2 x 5mg per day, ending up with 2 x 10mg per day.

my bf plummeted to 22% and the increase in lean muscle mass and muscle definition was remarkable. strength gains trebled on EVERYTHING.

if you put the work in with var, it will be very good to you in return!

i had no sides apart from a bit of bad skin, which i took care of using natural solutions like tea tree oil and very regular skin cleaning routines.
 
stargirl, thank you for your input!! ....I am leaning out nicely with this prep & am just trying to figure whether I should begin a Anavar (var) cycle now or wait until I am leaner. I have been looking for input from users who weren't already "low" body fat when they began their cycles, so this is awesome. Thanks
