Hey everyone. I know I have been gone for a couple months off this site. I fried my laptop so I was only using my college computers. Anyways I'm back on here now. So I got updated bloodwork. It seems that my levels seem to be increasing and getting better still? Not sure if it is a significant change but it seems like the right direction.

FSH 4IU/L ( 2 - 8)
LH 3IU/L (2 - 6)
Testosterone Free 50.8 pmol/L (31.0 - 94.0)
Total Testosterone 19.3 nmol/L (8.4-28.8)
Estradiol 89pmol/L ( <150)
TSH 1.94mIU/L (0.30 - 4.00)

1 year ago at this time my Testosterone free was only 28 pmol/L and my total test was 11 nmol/L. In september after using clomid my total free was 40 pmol/L and total test was 17 nmol/L. It seems that my levels have continued to increase. I still do not feel like my old self but I am much better than I was 1 year ago this time. What do you guys think of these levels. I think most of you know my story so let me know. Oh and side note my benefits cover cialis so I was prescribed cialis...kinda sucked though cause the girl that works with my doctor is 26 and msoking hot...here I am 21 talking to her about my dick issues lol furkkk. Theres fluctuations. I had the same T levels u had at 25 1 year after cycle. My free T was 59 pmol/l after messing. TT would fluctuate from 17-24 nmol/l
Before my free t was 72 pmol/l and at 19 years of age my free t was 85 pmol/l and tested in the afternoon too I remember. My doc showed me my old labs.
You are in the mid range JT.
Your FSH is pretty high

My FSH aftrt messing was low at 1.
My LH was same as yours at 3.

Don't pay attention to the 2 point increase in TT.
Its totally normal as its a diurnal fluctuation.
You were recovered bout the same as last labs with the 17 nmol TT but its bothering u and on your mind so its hard to forget about the past.

Unless u find a private clinic no mainstream endo will treat you. You are in mid range.

I feel a lot better than I did. I doubt Ill have to do trt. Im sure they will wanna try exhausting every other idea first. I feel the increase in T now compared to last september when i got done clomid. I have sexual drive. Not like crazyyy but its there for sure. My muscles are hard again. For the longest time they were like squeeing a sponge. They are now hard as a rock again. Erections are pretty good. I am still getting cialis though because im covered and it has other health benefits..not to mention it will be nice to be a porn star. Id rather be mid range than bottom like I was. Seems to be a lot more that can be done for me at this point as my hpta does work

you could always do a restart, but your labs look decent already.

Another clomid run JT should hit 800 ng/dl. No ifs, ands or buts about it. Even HCG will take him to 1000 ng.
I had same levels as him and HCG did wonders.

Yes! I am thinking that my next doctor will probably try those methods to see if we can't get me into the upper third of the range. That would be amazing.
