finally felt really good in the gym

Finally had a real good day, strenght not where it was three months ago, but i am not complaining.

flat bench 225x2x5 275x3 315x3 335xalmost three, missed a tad off my chest 225x10

military off the pins at chin level 185x5 225x2x3 These are rough

JM presses 95x8 115x8 125x7 These suck as well but fried my tris
tri pushdowns `120x2x8 just get some more blood in, not easy not tough

rear delt fly 3 sets of between 10-15 got em fried.


Finally feel good, felt like i got worked today for the fist time in a while. I am extremely week of my chest, once my spotter helped me a tad on my last rep it flew up. I am going to do some lighter weight reps, and some dumbells to build up my chest a bit. Hopefully i will be back over 400 in a month to 6 weeks.
 
Sounds like one hell of a workout that most ass clowns would be happy to have a day like that in the gym.

ass clowns, lol. i haven't head that since college, love it. :)
 
speed box squats 275x2x8 felt real good. Hip cramped a bit, got them just below parallel.
GM's close stance 135x10 185 3x10 didnt' want to go crazy, back was a little tight.
hypers 3x10 45degrees holding a 45 nice and smooth.
leg raises 3x15


all in all a good workout. I am starting to get some blood flowing, diet is back, and am feeling overall strong in the gym.
