finger joints ache

anyone ever have thier fingers ache when they bend, like when i pick up the wheels and put them on and off the bar?

it may be a coincidence that your on cycle when it started , if anything deca is known to soothe the joints . do you do any repetitive work like typeing a lot or useing small hand tools constantly ?
