Ok, well I felt pretty good today. Earlier I drank a low carb monster energy drink and pissed neon yellow. Had a good workout in gym and prob going to ride bike in the morning for cardio. No effects to note. I have a better outlook tho on dropping some weight for the upcoming week. I cut almost 1000 calories yesterday, and about 500 today. That won't happen every day, but all the little shit adds up to results in the end.
That is quite a large drop, where were you to begin with as far as a deficit in calories?
