First AndroLean Log

Ok, well I felt pretty good today. Earlier I drank a low carb monster energy drink and pissed neon yellow. Had a good workout in gym and prob going to ride bike in the morning for cardio. No effects to note. I have a better outlook tho on dropping some weight for the upcoming week. I cut almost 1000 calories yesterday, and about 500 today. That won't happen every day, but all the little shit adds up to results in the end.

That is quite a large drop, where were you to begin with as far as a deficit in calories?
 
500. But Its easier a bit more, because my appetite has been slightly suppressed lately. This morning I took my dose on empty stomach and didn't eat anything till about 6 hours later. Plus, my sleep has been kinda fucked up. Last night, I was tired around 9 then by 1030 I went to bed, but couldn't fall asleep so I stayed up watching a movie and got to bed finally around 5am. Not sure if its related to the AndroLean but just kinda sucked.

Question for you. Why TCF-1 and not something else like Phyto-Testosterone? Just curious and trying to learn something.

Its what Primordial Performance recommends with the TRS for post cycle therapy (pct) for the Andro series products.
 
Cardio today 30 mins @ 75%MHR. Bis/tris good pump. I sweated a bit more today, but I also ate before I went to gym... and it was a cheat meal...:D Currently maintaining weight @ 208, but not too sure exactly on BF. I don't think its much of a difference, but hoping for better results the second half of my cycle. I will also push my cardio up a bit in intensity and # of times per day. Probably 2-3 times a day; perhaps bike in AM, elliptical at gym, run at track in PM. At least I will try. I think that will help out my situation. At any rate, I feel pretty good.

I am starting to think things are taking an upturn here, but maybe to early to say for sure, so lets look forward to the rest of this cycle.
 
BTW, are you getting testosterone and e2 levels checked? That's what I'm most interested in (and LH/FSH).

I know blood work is very usual for health markers as well like lipids and liver, but it would be interesting to see the affects of Androlean on the HPTA/test/e2 levels.

I may get the other test later on... this test specifically I wanted the Testosterone, lipids, prostate, thyroid. So, later I will get the LH/FSH, serum test... Check out Blondie's sticky 'cheap blood work' in the anabolic forum.
