First ever attempt . Test e the actual color is lighter in person it's more like the color of the grapeseed oil look ok to u guys?

If your keep your kitchen clean, and your whole work area, you dont have to do much sterilization except before the filtering process.
HOWEVER...the more carful you are the better the product IMO.
When people help me, I make them wear gloves.
Start running it at 500mg minimum then have your blood work done 6 weeks in.
