Agree - get blood work done right before your next pin and not right after.

Don't forget you are using HCG, so your body is also producing test in addition to what you are pinning. You may be able to back off to 140mg a week or so. It takes time to get dialed in - took me 6 months.

The Test being produced from the hCG is likely minimal.

With an E of 22.7, should I adjust my ai to slightly increase E to optimize?
(Currently taking .25mg ana at each pin (.5mg/week))

I agree with Mega that if you feel good, there's no need to tinker a whole lot.

Personally, I like my e2 to be much higher than that, but it really comes down to preference (within reason).

But you dont need pituitary or hypothalamus if you are putting synthetic LH in your body? If the leydig cells receive LH signal, they are gonna make test, thats my logic

Make sure to get your cholesterol checked. E2 controls your good cholesterol.

If you want to check your test levels. Have blood drawn on the day your next pin is due. Trough levels are more important IMO.

Trough values are more valuable for sure, but he's injecting every 3.5 days. His peak and trough are going to be very similar.

Just ask your doctor/clinic to order the correct tests rather than pay out of pocket.

There was a member that was taking 60mg test Cyp a week and 500iu HCG and AI and his test numbers were close to 1000 if i remember correctly.

If you have an explanation for your theory i would be very glad to hear it, just ok doesnt tell much..
