First cycle 12 week test-e

Hey guys.
Started my cycle today.
Week 1-12 test-e 500mg/week. 250mg 10am Thursday and 250mg 10pm sunday.
Week 1 and 2 Aromasin 6.25mg eod
Week 3-14.5 Aromasin 12.5mg ed
Week 14.5-16.5 Nolva 40mg ed
Week 16.5-18.5 Nolva 20mg ed
Week 14.5-18.5 Clomid 50mg ed

Did my first pin this morning at 10am of 1ml test-e (250mg/ml). Injection went well(especially for my first one) product was smooth and didn't feel a thing going in. Also took first dose of aromasin shortly after first injection.

So I can judge my progress strength wise:
Max bench 435lb
Max Deadlift 575lb
Max Squat 455lb
Also did 225lb for 30 reps on bench last week

Stats:
Age-23
Height-6ft
Weight-249lb
Bf-20%

As of right now I am training every body part twice per week except legs (done once a week on Mondays). Many people may criticize this but as of late it works for me. I am currently in my off cycle from work and literally don't do anything major during the day ( other than mow grass and regular household upkeep). I never work a bodypart that is sore and keep my workouts to about 70 min, 90 if legs.

Will be hitting shoulders/traps and forearms after supper, and will post my routine/weight lifted then.

As for diet I have been eating clean for the past year and a half, successfully cutting all junk food out completely and haven't touched any since then:)
I have a protein shake (2scoops) mixed with water and oatmeal (1/2cup) in the morning along with my cell-mass ( I know but bsn is cheap here and I like their products)
For dinner im going to have smoked pork tenderloin and mixed veg.
Pre workout meal will consist of 2 fresh cod fillets and boiled potato
Also have 2 scoops of jack3d micro preworkout
intra workout I take 1 scoop of aminolast
post workout I have another cell-mass shake
post workout meal 2 chicken breast and 1 cup of rice
pre bed shake is same as in the morning 2 scoops of protein and 1/2 cup of oatmeal and sometimes 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
also taking am/pm multi

my diet dosent really change much throughout the week other than having different meats/carb sources. I have never really recorded my calories for my diet, I mostly just go by weight loss and how im feeling, in the last 12 months ive lost 27 pounds(mostly all fat) and was down to 235, the last 3 months I have started upping the carbs a bit and have gotten to where I sit now (at 250)
 
cycle looks good and is similar to what I plan to run next year for my first cycle.

So I did Shoulders, Traps and Forearms tonight:

Workout went well, took approx. 75 minutes. New pre-workout tonight as well. jac3d micro, tastes like shit (fruit punch) but good for focus and no noticeable increase in pumps.

Just a side note, I will post my routine for the first full week and them every 4th week to show progress

Did chest/triceps today. PIP not bad at all... hardly noticeable. which is surprising considering how bad I hear it was for 'virgin muscle'

Took my 2nd dose of aromasin (6.25mg) around 11am this morning. PIP is a little worse, glue is a slight bit tender but no big deal Did Back and Biceps tonight

2nd pin is tomorrow night, gunna try my left delt, how difficult is this by yourself, and do you need to use z-track method (also didn't use it for glute just pin aspirate and shoot)

also for pin tomorrow night does it need to be exactly at 10pm (exactly 3.5days after first) or will a few hours later matter?? thanks guys

I know most people will say this is overtraining and I need more rest but I am currently in my off cycle from work and don't do a whole lot during the day, and have found in the last few weeks ive seen some nice size and strength gains as opposed to a 4 or 5 days routine
 
I'm not a big believer in over training Bignewf, especially when your on AAS. I think if your sets are pretty low each day, and only spending 30-45 mins each session, getting enough rest, and eating plenty I don't think over training is a big deal. Unless you want to experiment by doing 4 days a week for 2 weeks, then doing your normal split and see which is progressing faster.
 
yea ive read a fair bit about overtraining, and looking at all the symptoms but im never tired during today, rarely do I ever have joint pain, always has a nice strong workout, that and I change up my routine every 6-8 weeks to keep things fresh, and when im workin I cut it back to 4-5 days a week because I work 12 hr days..

so did my 2nd pin tonight, 250mg in my left delt, after my workout, all went well, a little pain afterword and a bit of stiffness but it went away in 15 minutes or so. obviously no effects from test yet, even though I got a couple of pimples, one on my arm and one on my chest but no big deal. workout was as follows Shoulders/Traps/Forearms

Noticed tonight that I got some pain when extending my right arm, kinda on the top part of my elbow. Also my right outter tricep head is lacking in roundness compared to the left. Any ideas on how I could fix this or if the cycle will make the difference worse... thanks guys

Did my third pin today around 12 noon. everthing went good, pin was in left glute, kinda hard to get at given im right handed but made it through. surprisingly there was no blood whatsoever which is a first. A little bit of pain or the first 10-15 minutes or so but went away as usual. next pin is sunday night, cant wait:)
