Started my cycle today.
Week 1-12 test-e 500mg/week. 250mg 10am Thursday and 250mg 10pm sunday.
Week 1 and 2 Aromasin 6.25mg eod
Week 3-14.5 Aromasin 12.5mg ed
Week 14.5-16.5 Nolva 40mg ed
Week 16.5-18.5 Nolva 20mg ed
Week 14.5-18.5 Clomid 50mg ed
Did my first pin this morning at 10am of 1ml test-e (250mg/ml). Injection went well(especially for my first one) product was smooth and didn't feel a thing going in. Also took first dose of aromasin shortly after first injection.
So I can judge my progress strength wise:
Max bench 435lb
Max Deadlift 575lb
Max Squat 455lb
Also did 225lb for 30 reps on bench last week

As of right now I am training every body part twice per week except legs (done once a week on Mondays). Many people may criticize this but as of late it works for me. I am currently in my off cycle from work and literally don't do anything major during the day ( other than mow grass and regular household upkeep). I never work a bodypart that is sore and keep my workouts to about 70 min, 90 if legs.
Will be hitting shoulders/traps and forearms after supper, and will post my routine/weight lifted then.
As for diet I have been eating clean for the past year and a half, successfully cutting all junk food out completely and haven't touched any since then
I have a protein shake (2scoops) mixed with water and oatmeal (1/2cup) in the morning along with my cell-mass ( I know but bsn is cheap here and I like their products)
For dinner im going to have smoked pork tenderloin and mixed veg.
Pre workout meal will consist of 2 fresh cod fillets and boiled potato
Also have 2 scoops of jack3d micro preworkout
intra workout I take 1 scoop of aminolast
post workout I have another cell-mass shake
post workout meal 2 chicken breast and 1 cup of rice
pre bed shake is same as in the morning 2 scoops of protein and 1/2 cup of oatmeal and sometimes 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
also taking am/pm multi
my diet dosent really change much throughout the week other than having different meats/carb sources. I have never really recorded my calories for my diet, I mostly just go by weight loss and how im feeling, in the last 12 months ive lost 27 pounds(mostly all fat) and was down to 235, the last 3 months I have started upping the carbs a bit and have gotten to where I sit now (at 250)
