Long time lurker and came across your dbol/test E cycle which I liked better than a lot of the other cycles out there. My question is how exactly did you take the post cycle therapy (pct) in your particular case. For example you said Nolvadex @ 50/50/25/25, would you take 50mg of nolvadex on one given day per week (1st and 2nd week) or divide that 50mg of Novadex in some way throughout the first week?

Also, the only adjustment I want to make with the cycle that is identical to yours is maybe up the adex to 0.5mg eod, would you suggest that? Lastly, any hindsight opinions now that your cycle is done in terms of anything you would have done differently?

Hi, I'm actually gonna start post cycle therapy (pct) on Monday. Last pin was 2 weeks ago. But yeah, the plan is to take Nolva 50mgs everyday for the first two weeks then 25mgs the next two weeks. I am going to take the whole dose at once as I understand the halflife of Nolva is 5-7 days. So it would make no difference to split the dosage.

As for adex dosage, if you want to take 0.5mgs eod I don't see why not. I just thought that 0.5mgs would be a bit too much so thought I'd just do 0.3 or 0.4. Turned out alright, I mean I didn't get any signs of gyno or any other sides apart from mild acne on face, chest and shoulders.

I would not change anything that I did, duration was good. 8 and a half weeks was plenty of time, especially with the Dbol kickstart. I would recommend a kickstart as I think I'd go crazy waiting 4 or 5 weeks for the test to kick in. Hell, I was pretty impatient even with the Dbol kickstart. My diet was pretty good, nearly all clean with the odd cheat meal here and there. Just the one thing I regret is in Week 7, I thought my waist was getting too big so I stopped eating as much and just maintained for the last two weeks of the cycle which was pretty stupid. I should've maximised the gains possible but I was too concerned about staying aesthetic lol.

I was supposed to do shoulders today but a workmate asked me to make up a workout program for him. I just made him up a simple 4 day split and I offered to take him through it for the first week

So today I showed him the back workout which I did a little bit of even though I did hamstrings yesterday and had sore as f*ck hammies.

78.5kgs today. Dropped Nolva to 25mgs/day now. PCT seems to be going well. It has now been a month since I last pinned test. Libido is still pretty good, obviously not as high as when I was on cycle. But still getting random boners now and then. Weight seems to be holding around 78 to 79kgs which I am happy with. I've decided to take Nolva until the 24th of Feb then start my second cycle on the 4th of March.

What are your stats bro? If you have been training for a while and have some decent stats, then feel free to go ahead and start your cycle.
 
I followed your thread awhile back, good to see the nd results. All in all it looks like a sucessfully cycle. Good work bro.
