How much has your weight gone up so far? And what are your strength increases?

Starting weight was 72.9kgs on day after first pin. Today I weighed in at 80.6kgs so I've gained 7.7kgs (17lbs) so far and I just finished my 7th week. A little bit of it is fat but as you can see from the pics, I'm not a fattie yet.

Squat was 180kg for one rep, recently did 180 for 8 reps. Bench was 95kg for one rep, did 100kg for 5 reps. Deadlift was 205kgs for one rep, did 180 for 5 reps a few weeks ago. I could probably pull 210 for one rep, but don't want to risk hurting my back again.

After my leg train yesterday, I went to the lake. It had no beach and the only to access the water was down a vertical cliff about 8 metres high. We did a few dives off the cliff but my legs were starting to cramp while I was treading water. Some parts of that lake is 19m deep so I started to freak. So we got out and I had to climb up the cliff again. My left quad and right foot cramped up hard so I took about twice as long as the others to get back up. It was scary lol, thought I wasn't gonna make it.

Both teardrops were cramping up for the next half hour, pretty painful lol. So I had a lot of sodium for dinner. Which might explain the 800 gram weight gain from yesterday

So I bought some more gear lol. I acquired 100 tabs of Winstrol 10mgs each and a 20ml vial of test prop 100mg/ml. I was tempted to run the Winstrol (winny) next week until PCT at 30mgs a day but decided not to. I'm going to stick to my original cycle which looks like it'll only be 9 weeks as I must have lost some oil in the barrels. Last pin will be on the 20th of Jan then I'll start taking Nolva from the 4th of February at a dosage of 50/50/25/25.

I think I'm going to start my second cycle 18th of March if everything goes to plan. I'll be doing a CAPO powerlifting comp on the 13th of April so want to be peaking on Dbol for that. I'm thinking something like this:
Weeks 1-6 Test propionate 300mgs a week (pin 100mgs Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Weeks 1-3 Dianabol 25mgs/day
Week 4 Dianabol 50mgs/day until comp
PCT for the month of May

I'm gonna do an IFBB regional bodybuilding comp on the 10th of August so probably start my third cycle on the 10th of June which will give me 9 weeks to cut up. This will be a cutting cycle and I'll probably run tren ace with Winstrol (winny) and a low prop dosage.

im not liking what i am seeing. Your upper body lifts are weak. HOWEVER, your lower body lifts are very impressive. very nice... and are at a very young age. Seems like you arent thinking about the future, but if you like the gamble then all you. its your body, and all you.


However, that being said. Great log, very detailed and nice. And i look forward to following more of your future logs and transformation with your age and such. great progress so far. thanks for the log. im sick of people making logs and then vanishing and not completing it, but it looks like you are dedicated.
