First cycle deca??? tendons

hi guys
Planning my first ever steroid cycle in the next few months ...
main reason im going on cycle is to repair injured shoulder, (impingment, tendonitus)

ive been advised against the main AAS that has been known for tendon repair, DECA

(why is this)

have been thinkin if deca is not a option for first cycle i was thinking about test E (300-500mg)

using test will i see any improvment in my rotator cuff (injurys).. and can some1 tell me if it is safe to run a small amount of deca with it .. considering its my first cycle.

BACKGROUND info...
had this injury about 5months now , the impingment was due to bad posture but thats sorted now so i think the tendons just need healing...
HAVE been to a physiotherapist.

It would a pleasure to give good advice on a cycle including a medicinal dose of deca for the shoulder injury but you have neglected to give us the basic fact s of who we are advizing to potentially jack gear.
Age
weight
height
fat
training how long and in what fashion
and so and so and do so.
Looking forward to some honest fact s so we can properly advize you on how to run this.
 
anyway i do think AAS like 19-nor hormones to heal the injury is a mith.

personnaly i was on steroids each times i got an injury, doesn't mean than AAS occur pain in tendons? Yes they will.

in fact rest and ice was the best practice i done to heal my shoulder, and it works...

as i said the main reason for doing cycle would be for tendon rehab...
im a complete newbe when it comes to this ,
but i have researched LOADS and i no some in-depth facts ...

yes some say this is a myth that they heal tendons, some say its not .

How about trying some intrinsic strengthening of the rotator cuff for some rehab. 6 weeks at PT is not enough. this is something you have to doo all the time.

At 24 i really doubt you have impingement unless you have a type 3 acromion, an old fracture or something like that. How was this diagnosed? where is the pain at. Most people your age with shoulder pain have weak cuff muscles and do shit like behind the neck barbell press which will fuck up the shoulder.

Learn some good cuff strengthening exercises and not the dumbell shit where you stand like you are going to curl the numbell then swing it around like a retard.

Really? You couldn't get a more accurate reading than that? Was that like an electric body fat scale or what?

Also, I agree with the others - deca isn't gonna fix your tendons. Deca is probably more likely to cure the clap than repair tendons.
 
two things.

1. i keep seeing this. Who is putting out this fucked up info about steroids healing injuries?

2. 14 stone = 182lbs. unless you are 5'2", you don't need steroids. you need time, patience and food.

haha. i know we have people from all over, but this being an American based board (or at least it started that way) you would think people would learn metric conversions and what a damn stone is.

Honestly, i think I'm gonna start referring to my weight in stone. :D

You should use grain instead. It'll make you sound HUGE.

For example, I weigh 2,450,000 grain. Too bad nobody uses that measurement for anything.
