First cycle.....advice!!

Hi guys,

I'm new to this posting business so bare with me.....I'm here to grab some advice on the kind of macros I need to be hitting during my first cycle for maximum muscle gains (obviously) but also to shift some stubborn fat on my lower abs. I will post the only before picture I have.

I'm 22 and stand at 6ft3, weighing in currently at 107kg with a body fat percentage of 17%. Been lifting since 15, however, 15 - 17 everyday was chest and arms day (uneducated)

I have just started my first cycle of Test E 500mg a week and Equipoise 600mg a week for 14 weeks - anavar at 50mg a day to kick start.
I am coming to the end of my fourth week and want to see what you guys can offer in terms of advice!

Current training split

Monday am: fasted cardio 30 mins stepper
Monday pm: Legs and abs
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednesday: HIIT on bike
Thursday:Legs and arms
Friday am:fasted cardio 30 mins stepper
Friday pm: Back and biceps
Saturday: Chest and Triceps
Sunday: Core and HIIT + W.E tickles my fancy

Lifts - before cycle
Bench flat - 120kg 4x4
deads - 170kg 4x4
squats - 140kg 4x4 (pathetic i know but hip flexors are hard as metal)
rack pull - 105kg 4x4
Shoulder press - 42kg DB 4x4

ok.. i see diet advice in the title, but no mention of your diet in the thread

We have some diet and training pros here who will help you out.

Your first cycle should be test only to see how you reacts to aas with to many added compounds if problems arise you will be trying to figure out which is giving you a problem

Dud you get pre blood work for a base line?

What are you using as an AI?

Are you using HCG?

Taking a liver supplement?
 
Was more of a recommendation angle... currently hitting macros 315g of protein, 65g of fat and 310g of carbs.... is this too high?

Brief meal description - example--- protein porridge for b/fast (8.30am), salmon and cottage cheese on rice cakes (11am), chicken rice broccoli (1.30 pm), fruit smoothie and almonds (3pm), steak sweet potato and veg (5.30 pm) - train - casein shake around 8.30/9.

I'm just not sure if I'm getting right kind of macros in at certain times and if its too much/not enough

thats about 3000 calories.. have you taken a sec to figure out your bmr/tdee?

all the usual supps - cod liver, hawthorne, milk thistle but 'cycle support' on hand too

apparently tdee is 3718 and BMR is 2156

You should be using th adex .5mg eod. You will have an increase in your E2. You don't want to fixing a problem you want to keep it from happening. Your aromatase enzymes WILL convert test to estradiol and you'll have issues. Read that thread that was posted.

Not trying to bust your balls just trying to help.

No worries, I appreciate all the help so be as blunt/honest as you need to be. Ok well i will start the adex from tomorrow then!

Used a calculator online, do you know of an accurate formula I can use?

Also, do you suggest adex over other options?
