First cycle ever HELP be part of my transformation from skinny to bulky

Bro it was said allready but you might not have paid it much attention. So let me say it again. START TRAINING YOUR LEGS. A pice of info for you. When you do Squats and dead lifts your HOLE BODY WILL GROW. Do legs bro
and you will see how fast you will grow and put on size and weight.

ok i just want to say thank to all the advice i have satrted working out like this since last week this is my second week doing this

monday :chest/tri
Tuesday: supposbly a day off but i work on abbs
wedensday: back and bis
thursday: shooulders
Friday : legs
saturaday: oof usally work on abbs in the morning
sunday: off

and my diet is not always the same but i do get at least 5 meals a day and starting from tommrow there will be proein shakes added to my diet
breakfast is eggs now
protein shake at 10 iin the morning
and lunch is anything from roast beef to hamburgers or turkey
after lunch at usally 3 protein shake
6 dinner or 5 oclock i would eat something and go tot he gym and come back at 8 and have diner
and before going to sleep at 12 half a protein shake and somethiing to eat usally left over from dinner

and rocko ur definently right there is so much potential mass to be gained from my legs so i will do them for sure thank u
