First cycle in about 10 years, on TRT

apology in advance : Either I suck at using the search function on here or there is not much on here with trt blast cruise, could be lurking in the wrong forums.

I am currently on TRT dose of 250mg a week cyp, thinking of blasting a 500mg a week dose for 8-10 weeks then back to my regular 250mg dosing schedule, should i be adding anything to the mix? or am i good to go with minimal side effects post cycle?
I am 32yo 5'11" 215 about 16-18%BF, looking to cut down the BF and get up to about 225ish maybe a little more. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

You should only have to increase your AI dosage. How much are you running now?

How often do you pin a week currently. For 500mg per week of Test E/C you should pin twice a week.
 
10 lbs of muscle while losing fat? that'd be great lol i hope you can achieve that.

there are quite a few threads on this subject...keep trying the search function you're bound to find something. i see a thread on it about once a week.

how about tightening up your diet, get down to around 12% at 205-210, that would be more attainable over a 3 month period... the get down to 12% bf and weigh 225 you'll be adding 20lbs of lean body mass to your frame, quite difficult to achieve over a one year period, even with the best diet and gear protocol ;)

as for your plan to blast at 500mg for a few months, sounds good, just adjust your ai accordingly as mentioned above
 
thanks for the replies everyone. I definitely have to tighten up the diet, i have been eating way to many publix subs.
As for AI I currently don't run anything, have had gyno surgery and definitely don't want to have that issue again, but labs have been good so far. I plan on pinning wed/sat split, right now just every sat at the 250mg dose. What should I run for an AI? I will work getting better at the search feature, sorry for repeat posts of similar info.
