first cycle of Anavar Am I ready?

Hi I m new to this forum. After numerous hours of reading I decided to try out a cycle of Anavar. I just got my supply of British Dragon and wanted to know if you guys think these are legit. I just got my supply of British Dragon 10mg tabs.

Here is my normal day to day regiment and I will like some insight if this cycle is right for me.

I am a 28 y/o female that is 5’7 and weights 135 lbs. l just got my body fat
percentage calculated with calipers and I am at 10.33% The reason that I am doing this is that I want to get a bit stronger and shred some fat. I plan on doing a cycle for about 6 weeks. I would like to do about 5mg a day. 2.5mg in the morning and 2.5mg in the afternoon. I work out about 4 -5 days a week I mainly do crossfit and sometime I go to the gym on the weekends concentrating on weights when im at the gym.

ln the morning I take an oxyelite fat burner and vitamin E before breakfast. For prework out I take jacked 3d and post work out I will have a protein shake.

Bench Press: 125 lbs
Front Squat: 145lbs
Back Squat :165 lbs

I am on a pretty ok diet. I get my food delivered to me here is a sample menu with some snacks in between like yogurt, protein shakes, or some nuts etc

1. Now is anavar the right type for what I am trying to do? (get a bit stronger & leaner)
2.How in the world do I cut these pills to 2.5mg since it is so small?
3. Do I need to keep taking the oxyelite and pre work out drinks if im going to be on anavar to help cut down weight and give me that extra boost of energy for my workouts?
4. Should I get some milk thistle for my liver?
5. Are these British dragons real?

I am very new to this site as well and only 5 weeks into my first cycle so I cannot give you any advice on gear. However I have trained naturally all my life and my stats were 24 yr male 5'8'' 215lbs at 13%bf. When I really started trying to gain weight seriously I found that taking a protein shake both before and after workout as well right before bed and as soon as I woke up (very first thing even before brushing my teeth) really helped me to add muscle.

The theory behind having protein right before and after bed is this. Your muscles will break down to feed your body when your sleeping. Giving them protein right before bed gives them something to feed off of and then the one when you wake up stops the process right away.

I like a slow digesting protein right before bed and a fast one when I wake up. Something like a Casin before bed will breakdown slowly as you’re sleeping and stay in your system longer. Then whey when I wake up to get in my system fast.

All of this adds up to about 100g of protein and that takes care of about half of my daily requirement.

Trinifire... 10.33% bf?? really? that's at a level comparable to female bodybuilders on the olympia stage... anything under 15% for a woman is very unhealthy for extended periods of time

var is ok for females, don't go more than 20mg's per day, can take them 6 wks on/4 wks off... that should do the trick

and if u wanna get strongertry increasing your bf% to between 15 and 20%, u will look great and feel so much better

Thanks for the info guys. Well my friend did my bodyfat with the calipers so i dunno if he did it wrong. My body type is not a competitive bodybuilder, but I am definitely in shape. I plan on starting out with 2.5mg in the day and another 2.5mg in the afternoon. You think i should instead start with 5mg in the day and 5 mg in the afternoon? Also anyone have feed back on the pics I posted of what I have? thank you
 
Its hard to trust anything that is British Dragon. There are two labs (that I know of) that currently make BD and neither one is the original producer. They are both knock Offs. One lab is legit, but it's 50/50.
 
First off, it's unlikely you're at 10% bf. I'd say whoever calipered you is off. 10% is nearly impossible to maintain for a woman. Even women who are on the stage at tine of competition struggle to get to 10%. Go to the burning the fat section here and click on the link for estimating bodyfat. You'll see what I mean. Not trying to burst a bubble or anything, but that is crazy lean for a female. You'd feel like crap maintaining that.

Anavar will not lean you out in my opinion. I found lots of water retention and stayed really puffy the whole time. Strength gains were decent. I gained 8lbs in 8 weeks and diet was spot on. I lift 6 days a week and get my cardio by biking my two girls everywhere in the bike trailer. I'm one week off now and have dropped 3lbs since. I'm doing a cut for summer at the moment. My personal opinion is that var is good for putting on size, but I didn't lean out at all while on. I started at 5mg for two weeks then went to 10mg for the next 6. Experienced acne, puffyness, water retention, and insane appetite that took everything in me to control. Nice fullness to muscles that I've kept thus far. This was my experience and I understand everyone is different. I would never use this compound to lean out tho.
 
Anavar has not leaned me out. I am having water retention from it, but I have heard it goes away after a couple of weeks off cycle. I am hoping for this. I have had decent strength increases. I started on 5 mg tapered up to 10mg after a week and this past week was my first week on 15 mg. I am on week 6. I plan to do at least 10 wks. I have not had any sides other than the water retention and acne, but both are no big deal to me since I know they will go away after cycle.
 
LOL i agree with Mt-momma you CANNOT be 10% bf unless you are a guy? because your profile says male? To miantain 10% will take every bit of strength you have and the way youre eating i doubt it!!! pork chops, sausage, pancakes, waffles...? ok you do need to cheat but i, personally wouldnt include sausage or pork- nothing fried infact. Maybe leave the pancakes for the weekend and cut out any dairy. Try to be healthy :) it will make being lean so much easier and it will be more of a lifestyle!

Why would you want to use anavar for crossfit? Are you competing in crossfit competitions? Everything the ladies above said were true. Youre going to get bulky, retain alot of water even when you diet. Your appetite becomes a total bitch! But im 6weeks out now and i slimmed down ALOT. NOT because of the anavar!!!! but because i stoppedd the var and cycled my carbs.

Like Mt & the other girls said, Anavar is not a fat burner & won't "lean" u out, it will aid in building muscle mass with the right diet & training.. but like the others said most women do report holding on to water while on cycle. It will gice u strength gains as well & you will lose the water retained a few weeks post cycle.

I also think your BF was read wrong, it's pretty impossible to be at 10 % since us females have naturally a much higher BF, but if u are close to 10 %, why would u need to lean out more ?
Pro BB women kill themselves & really go extreme to get there while competing & certainly can't mantain that all year round.

Your diet is not ok, most advise to eat 6 meals a day, but there's a lot of contradictions with this, weather is metabolically better to eat three regular meals a day or spreading that out into five or six smaller meals is not 100 % clear.. but Based on your stats your should be eating around (2199 cals) & based on your posted diet you are only eating (1326) ou are way under cals here, & that will only do one thing, slow down your metabolism as your body will adapt to this little cals.

If you are trying to lean out, the key will be diet, u can do var if yoru diet & training ar spot on as an aid to build muscle & strength..
But if these two factors are not dialed in you will not benefit from doing a var cycle.
