I did them, not proud of the numbers so I am not posting
I have been slacking the last few weeks so It was good to hit them
I am sore so that is good

to miss a leg day is now unacceptable
 
AWESOME LOG..... Im going to start my 1st cycle tomorrow 10wks of test only, just like you. I finally got everything I need (gear.pct.pins.more pins, lots of reading) and Im ready to roll....I really hope I gain 30 LBS that would be great. Im 180 5'11 15%bf right now.. goal is at least 200lbs. My question is......what were you eatting everyday? I eat clean but it's not enough I dont think. Let me see the type of and amount of foods you were eatting from am till pm for the past 10wks.... be a good help.... thanks

I ate 6 or 7 meals a day
drank lots of water at least a gallon
haven't had a drink since NOV

breakfast 6:30am
eggs
oatmeal
milk
flax seed
sometimes a protein shake

9:30
wheat bread
natural peanut butter
beef
milk
sometimes a protein shake

12:30pm
lunch
go nuts, heavy protein, med carbs, low fat
chicken, beef, fish, pots,rice,veggies

3:30pm prework out
oatmeal
flax seed
protein shake
bananana

6:00 post work out
protein shake
60grams dextrose
10 grams creatine

7:30 dinner
same as lunch
fish,chicken,turkey,beef,pots,veggies,rice,

9:30
2 cups of skim milk
maybe a protein shake


4500 calories,
400g protein
300-400g carbs
100g or less fats

eat, eat, but make it clean
low fats,sugars,fried foods,sweets,booze
