First Cycle Test E

i have been pondering the cardio thing while on a bulking cycle lately. if im tryin to eat way more than my maintenance-in order to put on muscle mass-will cardio do anything besides get in my way of eating more calories than what my body uses?

i mean all cardio does is burn calories so i would think tha burning 500 ED would do nothing except give me 3500 cals instead of the 4000 im eating.

i mean can cardio just burn fat and not calories? does it know the difference?

All I have read is that u should do cardio 3 times a week for 20 min to keep ur heart in shape..... I dunno I have heard ed is a bad idea on a bulk cycle . ?
 
when i do cardio i normally do intervals so i dont run for too long.. but back to my cycle.. everythings good still getting compliments from everyone and I feel great.. workouts are awesome eating could be better and so can my sleep schedule.. tonights shot 9!
 
shot 10 today so its officially week 5! still weight 190 in the morning.. cant really complain i feel good eating could be better but workouts are great.. questions, my last shot my friend did in glute but when he pulled out a little gear leaked out.. i know my health isnt in jepardy but is he doing something wrong? fwi this is the first time its happened i think hes getting lazy but just let me know
 
i always leave the needle in for a couple seconds-so juice doesnt come back out-it has only happened to me a time or 2-but not since i wait a lil longer to pull the pin.

I cant believe you would let someone stick you-i just cant-i have to do it myself
 
did shot ten by myself yest in glute.. yes yes im very proud of myself! noticing a difference in size.. havent weighed myself in a couple days im hoping when i finally do I'm a couple pounds heavier!!! but other than that I feel great =].. although i did hurt my neck a little bit yest on leg press i guess from tensing it up too much and it started bothering me today during bi's so i stopped.. gonna take a couple days off to let it heal and maybe start working out my neck to strengthen it up .. but i am getting stronger and the size is coming!!
 
The neck pain is back.. went to the dotor's office and he suggested I take at least a week off.. I'm fucking pissed off I'm on week five shot 11 today and I have to take a week off! anyone got any advice should I worry??

Use this time to rest, grow, and let Ur neck heal somewhat!! I'm in the same boat, went to the doctor today with severe pain in my neck, which I've had for the last 3 weeks, and it's been an ongoing issue for sometime now, but long story short, my C-5 is bulged, and I'm going to be takin it easy for a few minutes till this gets squared away!! I wouldn't worry, and just stay Ur course U been traveling, it will be fine bro, use it to Ur advantage!
 
yea im def resting i just hate that im wasting a week of working out while im on my cycle..i just hope it heals fast and it doesnt get irritated again if i go heavy or anything.. i did my 11th shot yest i feel good all the time(besides the neck) i def feel it hitting me cant wait to work out
 
i've had 4 days of rest so far and i just did shot 12 yest... neck feels better although i dont know if im ready to go back just yet.. if i end up going back in 2 or 3 days and my neck is still in pain im thinking of stopping the cycle and taking my pcts.. save the gear for another cycle in 2 months any comments suggestions (i'm gonna buy more shit obviously)?
 
decided not to stop.. hurt my neck a little today but i went home took a hot bath and wore my neck brace and it feels better.. im just gonna not go as heavy for a week and see how i feel gaining weight pretty well im taking cyto gainer gonna see how much i weigh in a week and let you all know
 
shot 14 today.. i weighed 195 this morning and i feel great! starting to see increase in size and strength.. decided to start working out each body part twice a week.. diets clean and all is well =]
 
havent been to the gym since thursdayi had work all weekend.. i feel smaller but weigh the same!! =[[ but whatever im going back today ready to tear shit up
 
noone showing my page love anymore?.. anyway still weight about 193-195 looking foward to the next 2-3 weeks since i'm off of school and can concentrate on my diet and training
