first ever cycle

im 6'3'' 330 lb 18% bf ,im 24 years old ,this is my first cycle ever ,I am currently taking 800mg eq a week with 500 mg of tren e . I have used thus far 22 gauge 1inch needles ive shot it in my ass my delts and i go in all the way ive been very sanitary about it also ,but it seems 2 days after i inject ,i get knotted up and they hurt for about another three days,is this because my body is not use to having an unknown substance shot in my muscles or could it be dirty gear

ok thats all good i hear ya on just taking the test alone no arguing there but still,why am i hurting and knotting up for 5 to 6 days after injecting do i need to worry

^^^ first do what the fellas are saying. add some kind of test.

heating the injection area, the gear before shooting with a hotpad helps. Massage after the shot and take a hot shower. these steps can help with the knots.
