First ever log. Test Deca Dbol Bulker.

k guys just got bloods that showed my trt is dialed in and i'm feelin good. Starting my cycle next week. Cycle is as follows:

1-16 Test E 600mg (adex .25 eod starting after dbol)
1-14 Deca 500mg
1-4 Dbol 50mg (adex .5mg eod)
HCG (continue prescribed dose 1000iu/wk)

Stats:
25yo
6' feet
215lbs
13%bf
5th cycle
6yrs lifting
Goal: clean bulk
Maintenance calories: 2900
will be eating : 4000
Macros: 30/50/20

this is my first log so if there's anything you want me to include as I go please let me know. I will post pictures along the way. I don't think i'll be posting every meal/workout as that can get exhausting, but if someone asks me to now and then I certainly will. Pre cycle pics to come.

here is me as of today @ 215lbs 13% bf (according to caliper.) I would ideally like to have a lower bf% going into this, but i got impatient lol. finished up an 8 week mini cut and dropped 8lbs and about 5%bf. I have had low T for about three years so I have never been able to get very lean and retain muscle until recently. Awesome, I'll be following this. Should yeild some awesome results. Great time to do a log now too that your TRT is dialed in. Having low T can make a huge difference to holding onto gains after a cycle.

thanks guys! i'm sort of new to using a bf caliper so what you guys think? 13% sound right based on the pics? and do you think it's low enough for a bulk cycle?
 
You are experienced. I must add be real carful with Adex at 5 EOD in the beginning That is a bit high IMOP and I've see and experienced crashes with that dose. I see you to lower it, but be aware of how you are felling, just my experience and opinion here.. Good luck man!!...OMM
 
thanks mike. i may start with .25 eod and see how that feels. from my experience i seem to aromatize at a fairly high rate. i used .25 eod with 30mg dbol and it was enough, but not sure about 50mg dbol. i'll give it a shot.
 
ok the wait is over. the cycle commences tomorrow morning. Just made an ungodly amount of food for the next couple days. here's some softcore gear porn for you perverts. day 01

first pin. 300mg test E 250mg deca, and 15mg liquid dbol. tasted like fire and battery acid lol. gonna have to mix it. i'll be splitting it 15mg am, 20mg pre wo (5pm), and 15mg pm. off to work.

bi's tri's and forearms this evening.

side note: lunch box felt lighter than usual today....placebo? lol

You should do good with this dude you have a great base if you have the funds you should see if you can get 3J in there then that will maximize your cycle and .25mg adex should be fine that is what I am running no issue will be following for sure bro goodluck to enjoy the cycle :)
 
Thanks yoda! Unfortunately I don't have the funds for 3j ATM. For me bulking is the easy part. I am definitely considering using him on my next cutter though.

So you're using .25 adex eod with dbol?
 
k so here's a typical mid day meal. 10 oz hamburger patty, bout a cup of brown rice, and some greens. the protein source alternates beef chicken fish pork...whatever I'm in the mood for.

for breakfast I had a protein/carb shake (25g whey/50g waxy maize carbs). not ideal I know, but it's the only meal I substitute with a shake. at

10am I had a large bowl of hamburger, eggs, and baked beans all mixed into a delicious slop.

after this meal I will eat a similar meal at 5pm then hit the gym at 630.

pre gym shake 25g whey/50g waxymaize
post gym same thing as above

Yeah I am off dbol I ran it at 50mg for 5 weeks 75mg for last week but yeah it held me no issues
