thats my problem as well bro, i think alot of people truggle with that, either or we are never happy, when we cut we feel like a stick, cloths start to get bigger on u ect, when we bulk we feel likea fatty, cloths getting tight and think u are walking around fat
always will be leaner when fasted bro ( morning time), once u get water, food ect in ya, u could hold up to 5-10lbs in regions u are not happy with lol
thats also when u should be hitting the scale as well bro, on the morning fasted, not at the gym at night when u got 10lbs or more food and water in your system ect!
