But that's odd, I never see water retention from 200/100 mcg.. or 100/100 mcg's.. Maybe I could be wrong but it's very odd.. You are using aas?

I've been doing 100mcg x3 of each the cjc/ghrp. If I drop the ghrp down to 100mcg x 2 should I also drop the cjc to 200mcg x 2 or keep it at 300mcg x 3?

No AAS. Just LR3, GHRP, and CJC. Water retention doesn't bother me at all, just curious about it.
 
Tsd-yes drop both to twice a day.

Jimmyb- I can't use more then 100/100 twice a day or my hands and toes go numb from water retention same thing if I use more then 6 iu of GH.

Wow, i learned new thing :) I'm lucky, no numb or retention from 200/100.. but i never used gh... for me it's a best choice peptides :)
 
is this the difference between GHRP-6 and ipam?? cause i run ipam and sometimes i've injected more then 500mcg and i dont get the feeling of numbness... but i do notice i retain more water weight... do you guys get the hunger other describe from the GHRP-6? the ipam i dont get any hunger issues at all..
 
oh yea and i've been running the ipam and cjc combo for almost 4 months... and still feels needs to be run longer... also if you can afford it the best results i've seen so far is inject every 3-4 hours if possible cause the pulse starts to wear off after that.. thats with the ipam thou.. heard it can be comparable to a 10iu shot of hgh if the timing is correct and i do see size and strength increase doing it this way... also with the ipam combo you can blast shots of it.. dunno if it helps that much but a couple of times i've blast loaded the pins in the beginning and cant say if that really helped or not... gotta do more reading on it.. but since ipam wont desensitize it can be run at those higher doses.. GHRP-6 thou you cant do this..
 
I switched to only 200 mcg cjc/ghrp. My weight has gone down about 5lb so looks like it is helping with the water retention.
 
I'm at almost the 3 week mark. No noteable differences or different feelings of any kind really.

May replace the LR3 with IGF-DES at 4 week mark. and rotate them eveyr 4 weeks!


On a side note been having problems sleeping here and there so tried dsip 100mcg and it kept me up all night. Not awesome!

This part caught my attention. Could you just use CJC1295 with DAC and that way the GHRH shot is once a week. Then pulse every 3-4 hours with ipam? (or whatever GHRP your lab rats use) Anyone tried this? Good idea? Bad idea?
 
I would not use DES after LR3 because it is still IGF. After a certain amount of time your body needs time off to be more responsive to IGF.

Consider this I read an article about using a PEG MGF and IGF-1 LR3 article saying the PEG boosts the IGF. Basically PEG MGF is the opposite of IGF-1. MGF - mechano growth factor levels are naturally at their peak immediately after your wokout. That is when your IGF is lower. (there is a correlation)

SO the Idea is to pin the PEG MGF on your off workout day when natually your MGF levels are low. Then next day pin IGF-1 LR3 in morning then workout later. (to utilize natural MGF levels post workout while keeping high IGF levels before the workout)
then take a day off and then day after do IGF then workout then take 2 days off and start over with the PEG MGF.

The reasoning in this is PEG MGF only needs to be injected 1-2x a week to cause maximum proliferation and splitting of new stem cells into muscle tissue(without burning out your natural supply). The IGF-1 LR3 causes your body to release the new stem cells and begin the process of turning them into muscle. The PEG MGF takes those new stem cells and multiply's them so basically they work well together and boost the effects of each other.

heres the sample layout
weeks 1-5 PEG MGF 200-400mcg once a week (on days you do not workout or use IGF)
Weeks 1-8 IGF-1 LR3 20-80mcg 2x per week (on days you do not use PEG MGF)

example:
Sunday: 400mcg Peg Mgf
Monday: day off
Tuesday: 40mcg IGF-1 LR3 in morning, workout later in the day (which causes mgf levels to rise)
Wendsday: off
Thursday: 40mcg IGF-1 LR3 morning, workout later in day
Friday: off
Saturday: off (or optional extra IGF-1 LR3 dose)

Then repeat for the next 5-8 weeks.

The thing about IGF-1 LR3 and PEG MGF is you need to time them to maximize your results. Using too much will deplete your supply of stem cells so we don't want that. If anyone's done this approach let me know I hear it is supposed to show fantastic results.

I quit using the cjc/ghrp due to like 10-15lb of water retention I was having. I was still having this at only 100mcg a day. I felt bloated and fat all the time. Weird!
