Ok so you right now you have approx 35 weeks until your show. You have a choice to make. Do you want to do it like a boss? or like a normal guy? I am going to show you how to do it like a boss. (I mean like a boss being a smart ass I don't really talk like that BTW)
So here is what you should do. Run the whole thing on gear. All 35 weeks. The cycle will really be about 34 weeks as we will drop the gear with a week to go. Except for the tren ace and a little masteron. I'm also going to pretend you are going to do some HGH which if you have access to I think you should. Not gonna address the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and ancillaries much as you should get the chemistry behind those.
Here goes nothing...
weeks 1-20
Test Enanthate 750mg/week
Deca 500 mg/wk for weeks 1-17
Masteron enanthate 500 mg/w if you can get it for 15 weeks.
during these weeks you need to eat like a fucking freak. I'm talking clean and crazy with lots and lots of carbs and protein with good fats. at 285 I would say get over 400-450 protein daily with over 500-600 complex carbs. Things like red meat, hashbrowns, sweet potatoes, chicken and white potatoes not fried.
You also need to lift crazy heavy. Like sets of 4,6,8 with heavy singles and doubles on the compounds lifts. Lots of drop sets and strip sets. Should be puking once a week at least.
I would do some moderate cardio these weeks on the step mill. Like 30 minutes 4x per week really low intensity.
Week 21-34
test prop 500 mg/w
N.P.P. 300 mg/w for weeks 21-27
Tenbolone acetate 400 mg/w 27-34
masteron prop 300 mg/w 27-33
Cut the test the week before the show but keep running the tren up to 3 days before the show.
These last 14-16 weeks you need to really cut down on the carbs. Keep the protein high but maybe cut 100/day out . Also be sure to really load up on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to get the estro really under control.
You need to increase the volume of your workouts as you get closer. I don't mean lift like an aerobics instructor but as you get closer and depleted you will get weaker.
Ramp up the cardio to 2x per day with empty stomach cardio the last 6 weeks. The last 8 weeks run clenbuterol 2 days on 2 days off.
You need to cut out the red meat and start eating lots and lots of tilapia and cod. Be careful with the protein shakes as they will make you hold water. Avoid preservatives and live on caffein and clen.
for the entire time I would try to run HGH 5 days on 2 days off with 4-6 IU's per day. Cut out the HGH with 2 weeks to go as it will make you hold a touch of water as well.
That is a 10,000 foot view of how I would do it.
