Hello. Been awhile but i thought i would ask for some opinions.

Plan on my first show in July 2013. I will be in the Master Class 46-50. So figure i might stand a chance lol.

Current stats:
6'2"
285

running:
600 test
300 Decca

Have plenty of Tren and Test for the duration and access to whatever i need.

I have heard a few opinions in my circle, but i know there are some knowledgeable people here.

I want to hit about 225-230 for contest and compete in super heavy. What would you recommend for dosages and mixes?
 
Man this could go so many ways. I know how I would do it. I'm gonna jump on the Mac and bang this out for you.
 
Ok so you right now you have approx 35 weeks until your show. You have a choice to make. Do you want to do it like a boss? or like a normal guy? I am going to show you how to do it like a boss. (I mean like a boss being a smart ass I don't really talk like that BTW)

So here is what you should do. Run the whole thing on gear. All 35 weeks. The cycle will really be about 34 weeks as we will drop the gear with a week to go. Except for the tren ace and a little masteron. I'm also going to pretend you are going to do some HGH which if you have access to I think you should. Not gonna address the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and ancillaries much as you should get the chemistry behind those.

Here goes nothing...

weeks 1-20
Test Enanthate 750mg/week
Deca 500 mg/wk for weeks 1-17
Masteron enanthate 500 mg/w if you can get it for 15 weeks.

during these weeks you need to eat like a fucking freak. I'm talking clean and crazy with lots and lots of carbs and protein with good fats. at 285 I would say get over 400-450 protein daily with over 500-600 complex carbs. Things like red meat, hashbrowns, sweet potatoes, chicken and white potatoes not fried.

You also need to lift crazy heavy. Like sets of 4,6,8 with heavy singles and doubles on the compounds lifts. Lots of drop sets and strip sets. Should be puking once a week at least.

I would do some moderate cardio these weeks on the step mill. Like 30 minutes 4x per week really low intensity.

Week 21-34
test prop 500 mg/w
N.P.P. 300 mg/w for weeks 21-27
Tenbolone acetate 400 mg/w 27-34
masteron prop 300 mg/w 27-33

Cut the test the week before the show but keep running the tren up to 3 days before the show.

These last 14-16 weeks you need to really cut down on the carbs. Keep the protein high but maybe cut 100/day out . Also be sure to really load up on the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to get the estro really under control.

You need to increase the volume of your workouts as you get closer. I don't mean lift like an aerobics instructor but as you get closer and depleted you will get weaker.

Ramp up the cardio to 2x per day with empty stomach cardio the last 6 weeks. The last 8 weeks run clenbuterol 2 days on 2 days off.

You need to cut out the red meat and start eating lots and lots of tilapia and cod. Be careful with the protein shakes as they will make you hold water. Avoid preservatives and live on caffein and clen.

for the entire time I would try to run HGH 5 days on 2 days off with 4-6 IU's per day. Cut out the HGH with 2 weeks to go as it will make you hold a touch of water as well.

That is a 10,000 foot view of how I would do it.

Couple questions tho....why mast during the first 20 weeks? Id say something like eq would be more beneficial.
Personally id like to see a little break between the 2 cycles....like a 6 week cruise at least.
Also in the last part i'd rather have Anavar (var) instead of npp.
Just my opinion tho. Defff a ballsy run but im sure it would work haha.
I'd be a bit scared because of his age.
At the end of the day is gonna come down to how hard the OP want to work.
 
That is me. I was 237.5 I'm that pic. Also it's mast enanthate in the beginning not prop. I love how dense and hard it makes someone who is pretty lean. Also it keeps estro down a tad. I love mast mkes me like a brick.

As far as Anavar (var) goes fuck that shit! Wayyyyy to expensive for the gains. I love npp because it also makes me strong and hard. Also when you are depleting it helps you train harder! Keeps me strong and helps with the pain.

That pic was 3 weeks out and at 237 I was repping 315 for 10-12 405 for 2-3.

I refuse to ever get weak in purpose. I like hard dense muscle. Volume sux but npp will let me do some of it.

30 weeks to 33 weeks aimt too bad. After its over I would pct for 6 weeks and stay off gear for another 2 months.

I would stay on hgh though.
 
pretty well laid out for ya... I'm in agreement that a break would be counter-productive. Prepping for a show is in no way a "half-ass" thing and if ur considering it than there should be no "playing it safe" approach. If u have any doubt, just stick to lifting for rec purposes. All the best bro, the journey over the next half year will be a ride
 
I got that it was e, i just didn't think you would see much out of it with the deca. Never really heard of it before just my assumption. Id like to run mast all the time with my cruises if i didnt think it was over doing it. But impressive im not big on strength anymore but thats strong pre contest. How'd you do in that show btw?
 
Only thing I would say is take winstrol 6weeks out from comp. and bump mast to 600mgs/wk

The winstrol WILL make a big difference!
 
Bulk that is a great suggestion! I didn't take Winstrol (winny) there but I wish I would have. Really because I couldn't get it. I solved that problem now.

I have access to all of this and the Winstrol (winny) too. No problem on the gym commitments. Just hope my old ass can keep up lol. thank you for the break down, i am gonna show this to my trainer and see how close his thoughts on dialing me in are to this. Trainer is 5'10" 320 and incline benches 405 for 3 sets of 8....i feel puny next to him lol. You look fantastic in that pic brother.
